out dated old fashioned, smoke smell in both hallway as well as from ac vent in room. mininal service from front desk, overall not good for the price of CNY450.

过时的老式设备，走廊和房间的空调通风口都有烟味。前台服务很差，总体来说对于450元的价格来说不太好。

大廳和餐廳氣派，房間色調還好，較沒整體性，但舒適度佳，服務人員親切有禮貌，洗衣設備對長途旅行者幫助甚度大。早餐很不錯，下次有機會會再光顧。

整體服務是上品的，只是房間的燈光照明不太充足，夜晚比較昏暗。另外，雖然近地鐵站，但酒店附近並無商場，購物較不便。然而，其他方面的表現就不錯。

The rooms are clean, comfortable and a good size. I stayed here as part of a group tour for one night only. The bed is very hard, the hardest I had ever slept on, but the pillows were very soft. For one night and being very tired it was ok but I would struggle to sleep on the bed for a lengthy time.||They provide tea and coffee making facilities but no milk. The fridge light came on but the fridge did not work (this seemed to be common in every hotel I stayed in while in China).||The bathroom was a good size, with bath, and the shower head came from the ceiling so it catered for any size person. Toiletries consisted of the usual soaps, etc, but also toothbrush, toothpaste and a comb.||They provided a safe, sandals and a bathrobe but I could not work out why they provided two gas mask. The hanging space was very small.||The lobby is very impressive and has shops. We were lucky to have a English speaking guide as the staff could not speak English. ||They have a good restaurant which serves a reasonable range of western foods. Wifi is free but a bit slow.

The hotel can be considered a four star at best. The location is ok for conferences and so are the facilities. The rooms ate spacious and clean. In the morning service is provided the moment you leave your room. |Our room on 12th floor of building A had a terrible smell of smoke. The toilet did not flush properly. Every time we called for a fix someone came very quickly. Chapeau !! But itwas never fixed in a way it would work next time. There was very little English spoken at the front desk and as others have mentioned the wifi is strange.

酒店沒有冷氣，房間好熱好在酒店提供了一個小風扇，才能熬過長夜漫漫。酒店的服務和早餐都挺不錯，落下來東西在房裡，之後回去取。

This is a large and very eficiently run establishment with an evident expertise in staging conferences and supporting professional project meetings. Administrative details were handled by my hosts so the arrangements regaridng registrqtion and check-out were excellent and efficient. Levels ofservice were high. Staff were pleasant and ubiquitous. Food was good, with several freshly made options from breakfast through lunch. SIgnage was adequate mostly in Chinese. Staff had very limited levels of bilingualism. General atmosphere was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and extremely clean. Facilities were very good, although wifi strength was variable. No real bar service outside the restaurant. There is a shop on the premises with perhaps the worst, disinterested customer service levels I have ever encountered. Bored and uncommunicative assistant who made no effort to interact or sell. Strange. Location somewhat away from the action and neighbourhood is uninteresting. But great for conferences and meetings.
