First of all, at Agoda.com hotel location on the map was shown near subway station Changchunciao. When we got there we couldn't find hotel anywhere at the shown location. Fortunately local family took us by car to the hotel, which is turned out to be couple of bus stops from Summer Palace. Personnel at the reception hardly speak English. Mostly we communicate through online translator. The were light color carpet on the floor with stains from previous guests. At the night we heard people from other rooms coming in and out. And furniture in the bathroom was a kind of rusty. Cleaning lady was good. And there is nice noodle shop next door, Some personnel there speak English. Before check out evening shift guy at the reception tried to get us pay extra 200 RMB even that we paid for all our stay at Agoda.com in advance.
