酒店員工服務態度很好，特別是前台小嚴，聽到我詢問小孩早餐，知道我女兒超了幾厘米高，立刻說免她早餐費；還有客房服務工作人員，看到我把衣服挂在欄杆，轉頭就放了一個挂衣架在房里，怕我們不夠喝水，放了7瓶給我們，而且酒店很近地鐵站，去環球打車坐地鐵都十多分鐘就到。不過早餐就一般，還行。沖涼房去水很慢，需要把下水盖拿走才行。總體不錯，值得推荐。

飯店的服務很週到，設施很齊全，入住很開心，原本訂的是標間，入住時升等為套房，房間又大又寬敞，真的太感謝了。

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Especially in navigating us on using local app to call for drive and delivery. Location is good, opposite malls and shops. Of course, the main reason for choosing this location is proximity to Universal Studio Beijing. Just 5 subway stops from opposite hotel. Approximately 20 mins subway journal.

Fantastic service and staff. The room was big enough for a family of 4. The hotel is located close to the subway - ideal for an outings to Universal Studios. The location was also good for a day trip to the Great Wall at Mutianyu.The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, leaving extra bottled water and toothbrushes in the room once they realized we had the kids in the room.Overall highly recommended!

很棒的服务和员工。 房间足够大，适合一家四口入住。酒店靠近地铁站，非常适合去环球影城郊游。 位置也很适合去慕田峪长城一日游。工作人员非常乐于助人和细心，当他们意识到我们有孩子在房间里时，在房间里留下了额外的瓶装水和牙刷。总的来说，强烈推荐！

Another of my stay in Sunflower and once again I can honestly recommend this choice. Tasty breakfasts, fresh coffee from the coffee machine, which is not at all obvious in China in the hotel, proximity to the metro station (500m), two big market near with dozens of shops and restaurants. Very nice service, for which there is never a problem to organize everything we want. I especially recommend contacting a manager named Nancy, because of her very good knowledge of English, a very nice approach to guests and her support in case of problems.

我在向日葵的另一次住宿，我再次真诚地推荐这个选择。美味的早餐，咖啡机里的新鲜咖啡，这在中国的酒店里并不明显，靠近地铁站（500m），附近有两个大市场，有数十家商店和餐馆。服务非常好，安排我们想要的一切从来没有问题。我特别建议联系一位名叫南希的经理，因为她英语很好，对客人态度很好，并且在出现问题时提供支持。

This hotel is near to Jiukeshu metro station (Line1) easy traveling. Big and Clean room & Nice service. Thank you for your excellent service by receptionist, house keeping, dining room staff and the porter. I FEELING this the best service ever 💞

这家酒店靠近九棵树地铁站（1号线），出行方便。房间又大又干净，服务也很好。感谢接待员、客房清洁人员、餐厅工作人员和行李员提供的优质服务。我感觉这是有史以来最好的服务💞

Hotel clean and well-maintained, close to the metro station (5 minutes) and two depar**ent stores with lots of restaurants no with foreign food too. The staff was nice and helpful, especially Nancy who speaks English fluently. An additional advantage is the bus to the airport from under the hotel.

酒店干净且维护良好，靠近地铁站（5 分钟）和两家大型商店，还有很多餐厅，但也没有外国食品。工作人员很好，乐于助人，尤其是南希，她英语说得很流利。另一个优势是酒店地下有前往机场的巴士。

The room was very spacious but the floor was not completely clean. Even the handle of the bathroom wasn't clean. The furniture wasn't very cozy and didn't look welcoming. That being said, the view was nice. The location was quiet and was very conveniently located near the subway and shopping mall. And breakfast was sufficient. Not a bad experience at all.

房间很宽敞，但地板不是很干净。就连浴室的把手也不干净。家具不是很舒适，看起来也不受欢迎。话虽这么说，景色还是不错的。位置很安静，靠近地铁和购物中心，非常方便。早餐很充足。一点也不糟糕的经历。
