北京凯盛兴丰国际酒店

This hotel was provided by Air China during a transfer from a flight from Seoul to Moscow. At the exit from Terminal 3 of the Beijing Capital Airport, I approached the company representatives. I and several other passengers were provided with a transfer to the hotel. When checking in at the hotel, they asked about the time of the transfer in the morning back to the airport. The rooms in the hotel are very, very large. The ceilings are very high. The rooms are soundproofed. Everything is at a high level. But you should be prepared for the fact that there is practically no Internet. The breakfast is varied. It is a 15-minute walk to the China Intl Exibition Center metro station. From this station you will get to the city center.

这家酒店是由国航在从首尔飞往莫斯科的航班转机期间提供的。在北京首都机场3号航站楼出口处，我找到了公司代表。我和其他几位乘客被安排前往酒店。在酒店办理入住的时候，询问了早上送回机场的时间。酒店的房间非常非常大。天花板很高。房间隔音。一切都处于高水平。但您应该做好准备，因为实际上没有互联网。早餐多种多样。步行15分钟即可到达中国国际展览中心地铁站。从这个车站您将到达市中心。

Booked here for work purpose and not from the airport transit. Location is good for the purpose of my working trip. Near from the airport and near to my work venue. Can't expect a 5-Star customer service from the front desk as they are borderline rude, probably overworked from the constant airport transfer stays. Rooms are nice, modern and updated. Only big complaint is there is no air-conditioning provided in the entire hotel building during this late April weather. My room has a window with a very small opening to the building's void area hence there is no air ventilation at all. The room can be very stuffy and warm. When I called the front desk about the air-conditioning in my room is not working, they sent the housekeeper and brought a unit of a fan that had seen better days. Probably they took it from their office. From the second call to the front desk, I learnt that the weather is still "cool" and no air conditioning is provided. My room is constantly at 28-29 degrees celcius with no air ventilation. I've asked for a room change to have a window so I can have proper ventilation and they assured me the hotel is fully booked and so does all the hotels in the near vicinity without checking. I guess it's just their way to turn down requests by over exaggerating.

在这里预订是出于工作目的，而不是从机场转机。位置对于我的工作旅行来说很好。离机场很近，离我的工作地点也很近。不能指望前台有五星级的客户服务，因为他们很粗鲁，可能是因为不断的机场接送而劳累过度。房间漂亮、现代、更新。唯一的大抱怨是在四月底的天气里整个酒店大楼都没有提供空调。我的房间有一扇窗户，通往建筑物的空隙区域的开口非常小，因此根本没有空气流通。房间可能非常闷热。当我打电话给前台说我房间的空调坏了时，他们派了管家拿来了一台已经用过的风扇。可能是他们从办公室拿走的。从第二次打电话给前台得知，天气依然“凉爽”，不提供空调。我的房间一直保持在 28-29 摄氏度，不通风。我要求换一个房间，以便有窗户，这样我就可以有适当的通风，他们向我保证酒店已经订满了，附近的所有酒店也都订满了，而没有检查。我想这只是他们通过过度夸张来拒绝请求的方式。

It's free, courtesy of the airline, what's there to complain? There is a halal restaurant on the right, next to the main entrance. Price is affordable and the staff is very honest. Some half an hour after we left, they ran after us all the way into the shuttle bus to return the change that they miscalculated!

都是免费的，航空公司的礼遇，有什么可抱怨的呢？右侧主入口旁边有一家清真餐厅。价格很实惠，工作人员也很诚实。我们离开后大约半小时，他们一路追到我们的班车上，把他们算错的零钱还给我们！

Rooms kinda old, but spacious and quite nice. Standard service, breakfast quite vary and quite nice. I like the location. There’s a halal beef noodle and fried rice at the right of the hotel. There’s also a small shop near the hotel. It’s 15 minutes from the airport, but it takes like 1 hour to city center. Overall, kinda like my stay here.

房间有点旧，但是很宽敞而且很好。 标准的服务，早餐种类繁多，而且相当不错。 我喜欢这个位置。酒店右边有清真牛肉面和炒饭。酒店附近还有一家小商店。距机场 15 分钟路程，但距市中心约 1 小时车程。 总的来说，有点喜欢我住在这里。

Decent stay close to the airport. Helpful and nice staff. The rooms are a bit old, small, and minimalistic in terms of equipment, slightly noisy too. However it’s enough for a one night stay.

离机场很近，住得不错。乐于助人且友善的员工。房间有点旧，很小，设备也比较简陋，有点吵。不过住一晚也够了。

My expectations were not high, therefore, I was pleasantly surprised. Very courteous service from pick up at airport and at front desk. I have to say that I waited for about 30 mins at the airport for the pick up - it seemed longer as I guess I was exhausted. The breakfast buffet was ok with mostly chinese dishes.||Room was extremely clean and comfortable though not sound proof. It served the purpose of my being able to rest and take a nap before my next flight. I had a 8 hour layover but since there was a delay in finding the desk, waiting for transport etc., I got only about a 3 hour rest. Over all the experience was acceptable since Air China provided the accomocation free of charge.

我的期望并不高，因此，我很惊喜。 机场接机和前台服务非常有礼貌。 我不得不说，我在机场等了大约 30 分钟才接机——时间似乎更长，因为我猜我已经筋疲力尽了。 自助早餐还可以，主要是中式菜肴。||房间非常干净舒适，虽然隔音不太好。 它的目的是让我能够在下一次飞行之前休息和小睡。 我有 8 个小时的中转时间，但由于找到服务台、等待交通工具等方面的延误，我只得到了大约 3 个小时的休息时间。 总体来说这次体验还是可以接受的，因为国航免费提供住宿。

Rooms were ok, but the service was horrific. The young girl at reception was rude and threw our passports around. When we asked for help with a taxi, she "couldn't" as we had no cash and AliPay wasn't good? What? When we told her where we wanted to go she said it's closed... (no it wasn't) and when we said then we want to go to the palace museum - we were told it's closed too (lol, it wasn't and we had tickets). Long story short, we figured out everything by ourselves and went where we wanted to go. No thanks to this hotel's staff.

房间还可以，但服务很糟糕。接待处的年轻女孩很粗鲁，把我们的护照扔得到处都是。当我们要求帮忙打车时，她“不能”，因为我们没有现金，而且支付宝也不好用？什么？ 当我们告诉她我们想去哪里时，她说已经关门了……（不，不是），当我们说我们想去故宫博物院时 - 我们被告知它也关门了（哈哈，不是）我们有票）。长话短说，我们自己解决了一切，去了我们想去的地方。不用感谢这家酒店的工作人员。

I am Korean.Location was good for me because it was not far from airport and I arrived there at midnight.But there was nothing nearby so I don’t recommend stay more than a day.Compared to normal Korean hotel it could seem to be a little dirty but it is Chinese non expensive hotel, not bad.The thing is its facility and service. Given card key didn’t work so every time the cleaning staff opened the room with master key. Yeah it was how staff solve the problem.Of course there were unsolved problems.Refrigerator exist but was brokenAir conditional only worked for low temperature no warming.A day after I got a cold.Of course my Chinese friend complained about it with staff in front of me and I don’t understand why they dont do any action on it.Oh the water temperature in bath was also not hot enough.Nevertheless it was good experience and nice trip thank you.My Chinese friend asked for airport to hotel pickup service which is usually not available in this price in Korea so I got impressed, thanks again!

我是韩国人。位置对我来说很好，因为离机场不远，而且我是半夜到达的。但是附近没有什么东西，所以我不建议停留超过一天。与普通的韩国酒店相比，它似乎有点脏，但它是中国的非昂贵酒店，还不错。重点是它的设施和服务。由于卡钥匙不起作用，所以每次清洁人员都用万能钥匙打开房间。是的，这就是工作人员解决问题的方式。当然还有未解决的问题。冰箱存在，但坏了。空调只能用于低温，不能制热。我感冒后的第二天。当然，我的中国朋友向前面的工作人员抱怨了这一点我和我不明白为什么他们不采取任何行动。哦，洗澡的水温也不够热。尽管如此，这是一次很好的体验和愉快的旅行，谢谢。我的中国朋友要求提供机场到酒店的接送服务在韩国这个价格通常是买不到的，所以我印象深刻，再次感谢！
