最近入住了北京东海康得思酒店，真的是一次非常愉快的体验！从踏入酒店大堂的那一刻起，就被其金碧辉煌的装饰和亲切的服务人员所打动。酒店的位置也非常优越，紧邻首都机场三号航站楼，无论是出行还是返程都极为便利。客房宽敞明亮，设施一应俱全，早餐餐厅更是让人印象深刻，中西美食琳琅满目，新鲜美味，满足了不同口味的需求。餐厅经理非常用心，不仅菜品质量高，服务态度也极佳，让人倍感温馨。

The hygiene of this hotel is very poor. Things used by the previous tenant wasn't cleaned, including toothpaste and plastic like shower cap. Things used by the previous tenant were still plugged into the power point, liquid bottle plugged into the power point. The carpet is dirty. I think hygiene is the most basic standard for hotels. After complaining this situation to their staff, I changed rooms at least 3-4 times in total. The first time change was because the room is not the same with the photo (it got upstairs, it was hard for me to take my 20kg luggage to upstair by myself) and the second time change was because the air conditioner was broken. They repaired it for more than half an hour without any improvement before letting us change rooms. It’s a hot day in Beijing, and it’s hard to breathe in the room. Later, the rooms I changed twice were not clean until I complained and was moved to the last room. This caused me and my child to be unable to sleep until 4am. This is ridiculous. The explanation they gave was that the hotel booking was too full. There are no other rooms available. If they are really that full, they shouldn't let people continue to book hotels online. I could book another hotel. And their staff is really unprofessional. They asked me to CHECK the rooms and choose one I was happy with. When I heard this request, I was very surprised. Because it is their staff's responsibility to ensure hotel hygiene, not mine. The cost of this hotel is not super expensive BUT it is also not cheap. it costed $215. I booked the hotel at this price just hoping that the hotel room would be clean. This is my basic criteria for choosing a hotel. I negotiated with the hotel afterwards and the hotel was willing to refund the room fee. But the requirement from hotel is that Booking.com needs to cancel my order. However, Booking has not responded to me yet. It has been more than two weeks since this incident happened and there has been no progress.

这家酒店的卫生很差。前房客使用过的东西没有清洗，包括牙膏和浴帽等塑料。前房客用过的东西仍然插在电源插座上，液体瓶插在电源插座上。地毯很脏。我认为卫生是酒店最基本的标准。向他们的工作人员抱怨这种情况后，我一共换了至少3-4次房间。第一次换是因为房间和照片不一样（已经上楼了，我一个人把20公斤的行李搬到楼上很困难），第二次换是因为空调坏了。他们修了半个多小时没有任何改善才让我们换房间。北京的天气很热，在房间里呼吸困难。后来换了两次房间都不干净，直到投诉才换到最后一个房间。这导致我和我的孩子直到凌晨 4 点都无法入睡。这太荒谬了。他们给出的解释是酒店预订太满了。没有其他可用的房间。如果真的那么满的话，他们就不应该让人们继续在网上预订酒店。我可以预订另一家酒店。而且他们的工作人员真的很不专业。他们让我检查房间并选择一个我满意的房间。当我听到这个要求时，我感到非常惊讶。因为保证酒店卫生是他们员工的责任，不是我的。这家酒店的费用不是特别贵，但也不便宜。花了215美元。我以这个价格预订酒店只是希望酒店房间干净。这是我选择酒店的基本标准。后来和酒店协商，酒店愿意退还房费。但酒店的要求是Booking.com需要取消我的订单。不过目前Booking还没有回复我。这件事发生已经两周多了，还没有任何进展。

Stayed here 3 times on layover. Excellent location near the airport (10 minute walk or free hotel shuttle every half hour) for early/late flights. Also handy for visiting the city as the airport express subway is at the airport, so you can be in the centre of Beijing in 35 minutes. Hotel is large with a very large and quite impressive foyer. Double rooms are large with generic modern design that is comfortable. Beds are large and very comfortable, being supportive with a soft layer on top. Bathroom is large with a separate area having both bath and shower. Good amount of space on vanity/sink area and feeling of quality all round - only annoying thing that occurs consistently (all 3 rooms i stayed in) is the hairdrier plug is loose and pulls out very easily, so interrupts drying unless you hold the plug in, which is not advisable. WiFi coverage is good and fast, but obviously certain apps, browsers and content available in the west will not work, as in all of China. Breakfast is plentiful with several options between fruit, cereal, pastries, western savoury options (sausage, bacon, eggs etc), fresh egg cooking station (omelette, fried, boiled etc), Asian savoury options, fruit juices and tea/coffee options. Everything is self service, buffet style except tea/coffee, asian soup station and the fresh egg station, which are staffed. Breakfast front of house staff is young and on our last visit, certain of them a little distracted between themselves to the point that the manager had to intervene, so some training required. Reception staff are generally helpful. The gym is large and well equipped for the average gym goer - heaviest free-weights are 20kg dumbells. There is also a quite large aerobic area for pirates, yoga, barre etc. Pool is large and very nice, with good changing facilities and a swimsuit centrifugal drier, which is always handy. On this last stay, the hotel had overbooked and had to offer me an upgrade, which was wonderful and a real luxury experience. Would definitely stay again (as we have 3 times).

The hotel is very comfortable to reach from the Terminal from the airport.Friendly service desk and luggage service.Dinner in the restaurant is okay, not cheap not expensive from the view of a german citizen.Next to the hotel you can go by walking to a shopping center, if you want to buy some groceries or noodle soup, as an alternative to the hotel restaurant.Water boiler and bottle of water is in the room.The rooms are in general very big, from german point of view. Nice bathroom, everthing clean.

酒店从机场到航站楼很舒服。服务台很热情，还有行李服务。餐厅的晚餐还可以，在德国公民看来不便宜不贵。酒店旁边可以步行前往一个购物中心，如果你想买一些杂货或面汤，可以作为酒店餐厅的替代品。房间里有开水器和瓶装水。从德国人的角度来看，房间总体来说很大。浴室不错，一切都很干净。

Nice hotel and great location close to airport. Quiet at night, can't hear the aircrafts take off or landing. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna make the stay really good. Good service with the shuttle bus every 20 minutes. We enjoyed our stay here!

不错的酒店，位置优越，靠近机场。晚上很安静，听不到飞机起飞或降落的声音。游泳池、按摩浴缸和桑拿让住宿体验非常愉快。服务很好，每20分钟就有一趟班车。我们在这里过得很愉快！

Very nice, comfortable bed, nice deep bathtub. The only thing making me rate amenities a 4 is because the rainforest showerhead couldn’t be completely turned off, and dripped the entire time the regular showerhead was in use which was a bit annoying. However, maybe THE BEST towels at any hotel I’ve stayed at! Huge! Also, keep in mind the airport shuttle is only for T3, which I missed seeing and had to take a didi to T2, but that was my own fault and the staff were very nice about offering to call a taxi.

I had to spend one night at PEK airport. This was a perfect solution, good value, very close to airport. Free shuttle service available every 30min, with a 10min distance between T3 and hotel. Modern and clean. Good breakfast. Recommended.

The rooms are okay but the temperature is centrally controlled and warmer than I would like (about 74). The location is convenient for getting to the airport but there isn't much else around. The service was lacking.
