Nice hotel. Special thanks to 21st floor cleaner (栾翠萍）… help us to unlock the door when we had lock ourselves outside the room. After helping us to unlock the door, she also give my kids some small sneaks and extra mineral water. Only improvement needed is the air conditional… could not change to cold air… the room was hot and with bad air ventilation during the night…

Confortable bed and bedding. Need electrical adaptors for devices, but there's a hair dryer provided. Room and hotel are equal to what a US hotel provides. However, rooms don't have A/C, so you need to prop open the big window for air. Bathroom is big enough, toilet and walk-in shower are US-style, and water pressure is strong and warm enough. An R2D2 robot delivers requested food or water bottles to rooms. There is no fitness center or spa. Hotel is walkable to restarauants (10-15 min) but no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. However, the lobby has a small convenience store room that is open sometimes.

The hotel is close to Yanbian University attractions. The hotel is fully equipped with breakfast. The rooms were clean and tidy and the concierge service were excellent. I am looking forward to my next stay now.

We enjoyed our stay at the Park Kairos. The staff was absolutely amazing and always had a smile on their face including the bell boys. The only negative thing I have to say was the the hotel did not have air con and our room was extremely hot with its big windows. The breakfast buffet could have had more options if you are not an Asian person eating noodles and rice for breakfast, the restaurant on the other hand was beautiful with an amazing view. Will definitely be back when we come back to Yanji.

我们在凯罗斯公园酒店住得很愉快。工作人员非常棒，脸上总是挂着微笑，包括行李员。我不得不说的唯一不好的事情是酒店没有空调，我们的房间有大窗户，非常热。如果你不是一个吃面条和米饭早餐的亚洲人，自助早餐应该有更多的选择，另一方面，餐厅很漂亮，景色令人惊叹。当我们回到延吉时肯定会回来。

Nice modern hotel. I want to give a shout-out to Wang Yichen, one of the concierges who helped me. He speaks English and really went above and beyond. He helped me get some cash into my Alipay account and helped me with navigating taxis and other points of interest in the region.Breakfast is good with a large spread of Asian and western food.Recommend this hotel, especially as a foreigner.

房间设计正常。前台和22层的服務員服务很好、响应速度快。而且有门童送行李上楼

因為延吉最好的酒店看那个app都是這個評語所以沒多想就選擇了他首先入住服務是不錯的就算客人有點多 還是搶著過來拿行李酒店位置確實很好 窗口對著河邊住22樓 俯瞰半個延吉正值除夕 在房間看了一晚上煙花秀實屬開眼界了 整個城市都在放煙火暖氣非常足 足夠到我們想轉為制冷發現調不了 睡覺都出汗了早餐在24樓 種類還算可以 衛生也很好 房間雖不算大但展開兩個大行李箱還是可以廁所干濕分離 還有馬桶加熱在大冬天 太需要了哈哈哈總的來說性價比實在是高延吉最好的酒店
