长春华天大酒店

It is interesting to hear so many people complain about the air conditioning. The system installed is primarily for heating not cooling. Room and toilet is quite luxurious. The hotel has an attached Spa i the next building and entry is free for hotel guests. Nice experience to have a body scrub there (less than RMB50). I like this hotel.

This hotel is a good alternative to the Shagri-La and New Century, which perhaps the best hotels in Changchun. Stayed in Huatian for the second time and would stay again when going to visit that city.||Big clean rooms, spacious bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff, which is trying to compensate some lack of English by good service.||Breakfast is good: lots of fresh fruits, some variety of Chinese food.||||What I disliked: not many TV-channels in English and there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms (it works only in a lobby, besides you can connect your laptop using a cable in the rooms), also the Internet speed is pretty low.

一个人单独出门旅行，住在长春华天酒店，让我感觉到服务特别特别的好而且有家的感觉非常温暖。由于长春天气不怎么样下雨，大堂工作人员应该是礼宾员在我外出时主动帮忙叫车并为我撑伞送我上车然后告知酒店位置及打车费用。还有特别要表扬23层服务大姐就像家长一样让我第一次住酒店感觉像家一样，房间内放了一双穿过的袜子，外出回来发现大姐帮我清洗并折好。住华天有家的感觉，仍会继续入住长春华天酒店并还会居住23层。

Typical Chinese 5 stars hotel with good size room and modern facilities. Things are clean and well maintained. Everything looks grand and nice . Stayed here with a tour group and have no issue with them. The nearby park is great for morning exercise.

Fair warning for international travelers: the beds in Chinese hotels are hard like three month-old bread and this hotel is no exception. If this is a dealbreaker, you can only go to Western hotels (which charge higher prices and lack local flavor) in China. That said, pretty much everything else about this hotel is good. Sure, there is flaky paint here and there and you will notice certain odd translations and not really thought-through architectural quirks but the staff cares and actually understands service. I have staid at six different hotels in Changchun and this is the one I go back to most frequently.

Checked in at 10pm. The air conditioning is not working. It is July. Ordered a burger from room service. Paid 68 yuan bill woth 100 yuan bill. Still waiting for change from room service. (Hint:he never came back). Called front desk about air conditioning. Was told maintenance does not come until 6 am. ask for another room, was told could not get another room until noon. Opened windows since it is cooler outside than in but windows only oped four inches to keep guest from jumping out of this poorly run establishment. No refund, no comps no service. Can not even get ice without calling room service who delivers it one saucer at a time. Run. Run to another. Hyatte Regency prices, Motel 6 management. ||This is a nice hotel to have a banquet or wedding as long as you stay at a room in another hotel.

Hotel was great, staff were courteous, efficient, and rooms were well-appointed and clean. Spa was wonderful, though it was strange that they wouldn't bill m room for use of the Korean spa, and they made me go to my room and get 19 Yuan and immediately return. Only real complaint was that the breakfast was really uninspiring, especially given its high cost.

Only stayed one night - late check-in was a little bit chaotic as our reservation could not be found. Actually the quality of the room was on a reasonable high level - silent and principally well maintained. We booked the hotel mainly due to the limited distance to our company - therefore, quite satisfied .
