First impression of the hotel when arriving in the late afternoon: Waste all over the parking space, windows of the hotel lobby not cleaned for month, low level of maintenance. Sadly in the lobby it continues. The staff speaks a very limited amount of english, they had difficulties to find the reservation and they have been slow. The rooms are average with hard beds. Difficult to sleep. No TV channel in English. The bathroom was only on the first look clean, not on the second. The lobby bar serves only tea, no beer or soft drinks. You have to go to the reception to get a can of beer and sprite (very cheap, warm). The staff is very friendly, but badly trained. The buffet restaurant is OK. Like an average Chinese restaurant. You can always find something nice to eat, but that's it.The elevator is out of glass and the elevator shaft not cleaned for years. Is there anything positive on this hotel? They have a lot of nice local handicraft displayed.
