黄山西海饭店

We reserved two rooms for two nights. Both were the same price. One was very decent in block A, the second in block B was not. Very small room with shower with the toilet, with nothing to dry the floor after you take your shower, so you get your feet wet when using the toilet or the sink. Room is humid and has lots of bugs. No space to hang wet towels or clothes. Just ok to sleep if you stay only one night. But we stayed two nights. The room key stops working each day, and we had to go back twice to building A to reactivate. It’s 2 elevators and 5 minutes away. Had to go twice because they gave us the wrong room card and then the room lock was also broken. On the positive side, the location is fantastic and the buffet dinner at 180rmb per person is quite decent with good food available after a long day of climbing the mountain. Just Avoid building B.

We booked a balcony room with view and we were not disappointed. The room was spacious, clean with full amenities, with torchlight and winter jacket. The view is amazing. Food is reasonable given the difficulty in logistics. Everything is transported manually by human carriers. We enjoyed the stay at this hotel.

I had a great time at Huangshan. The whole park was extremely beautiful, thoughtfully developed, and very clean. I stayed overnight at Xihai Hotel. It is well situated with good amenities, friendly staff and the rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The Hotel even assigns à personal concierge to the guests. Mine was a Miss Zhang who was very pleasant and attentive. She answered many questions and made sure that I had everything I needed promptly through Wechat.

酒店房間內的硬件設施非常好，房間對著峽谷，景觀優美安靜。衛生情況無可挑剔，連水壺水杯感覺都比別家乾淨。在黃山上住了白雲和西海，西海價錢較便宜但感覺更高級。管家方鑫服務非常好，一去到就幫我們介紹行程，之後在微信陸續有更新各種資訊，還送了小禮物。總之非常滿意。

在西海飯店住4日3夜，每天輕鬆分段爬，酒店環境十分好，設施完善，膳食及服務質素一流，這間酒店在山上而車上不了，能提供這優秀的服務真不容易。特別感謝管家小張由我出發前至入住後的悉心照顧，提供很多旅遊資訊，感覺是溫暖的。未來如果再遊黃山，西海飯店是我的不二之選。

下雨天早上入住的，管家阿占非常熱情的安排入住又給了很多貼心的提示，添加微信也反饋迅速。房間景色很好，用品也很齊全了在山上來說。第二天早上去了看日出，從酒店去猴子看海也很方便，心滿意足的一次旅程。

飯店設施完善，管家小姐姐也很貼心，除了說明建議爬山路線外，還先把資訊都發到微信，省了很多冤枉路。房間訂的是家庭連通房，房間本身設施跟舒適度很不錯，美中不足的是陽臺景觀沒有，想觀景不建議選這種房型。
