Nice hotel, great breakfast friendly service. But be aware if you book the business room. According the description the room have a window, what the description don’t say is that the window is small and have in a distance of 1m a wall, which made me feel very uncomfortable and the room dark. For room it that price range it shouldn’t be like that. After talking to the service I got another room with a big window and plenty of sunshine. Thankx to the hotel for that.

不错的酒店，早餐很棒，服务热情。但如果您预订的是商务房，请注意。根据描述，房间有窗户，但描述中没有说的是，窗户很小，而且距离墙有1m远，这让我感觉很不舒服，房间很暗。对于这个价格范围的房间来说，它不应该是这样的。与服务人员交谈后，我得到了另一个房间，有一个大窗户和充足的阳光。感谢酒店。

I stayed here on a business trip. Overall the experience was pretty good. Reception were reasonably efficent and definately very helpful. Gym was ok, little small but as I was the only user it was fine. We dined in the restaurant, the food was not to my taste ie it was chinese style buffet but I found something to eat and the beer was free and bottomless.

The Richmond Grand Hotel is of a good standard. It opened in 2006 and has 150 rooms. It consists of three different wings, the hotel, the spa, pool and fitness area and the Conference Centre with a ball room. You are welcomed by unformed bell captain who accompanies the guest to the front desk. In the entrance hall stands an oversized sculpture made of Murano Glass. ||The staff at the front desk speaks fluent English. The rooms are spacious and clean. The taste is not every ones’, but seems to be popular with the “new rich” Chinese clientele. It is a mixture of ultra modern and Art Nouveau, of colours and heavy decoration. The beds provide a good sleep comfort. Standard facilities include a flat screen TV with English movies, free fast Internet connection, slippers and a fruit basket. The bathroom is decorated with colourful mosaic tiles and supplied with a wide range of toiletries||A diner buffet with local food and Western food is offered for RMB 88.-. It includes free flow of beer and local schnapps. Some of the dishes are special, the most exotic one was the Chrysanthemum salad with fried locusts. Luckily also steak and lamb chops are grilled and the choice of fresh seafood is relatively large. The breakfast is plentiful, with cakes, muesli, fruits and dumpling soup. ||There is a large swimming pool and a small gym. In a 5-minutes walk are some restaurants and shops. The price-performance ratio is right.

Surprisingly friendly and lush comforts in the kite capital of the world. The hotel staff are eager to help and go the extra mile to keep the guest happy. Rooms are well maintained and offer great value for money. Breakfast is great with the right mix of international and local choices.

在世界风筝之都，您可以享受到令人惊讶的友好和郁郁葱葱的舒适感。酒店工作人员非常乐意提供帮助，并竭尽全力让客人满意。客房维护良好，物超所值。早餐很棒，有国际和当地的选择。

clean, quiet, nice stuff, helpfull, could be trained in english a bit more. it is a chinese style luxury hotel. sometimes a bit too much decoration. nice buffet in the evening, very good breakfast. the gym next door can be used free as hotel guest, including a 25 m pool.

干净，安静，东西不错，乐于助人，可以多接受一点英语培训。这是一家中国风格的豪华酒店。有时装饰有点太多。晚上的自助餐很不错，早餐也很好。酒店客人可以免费使用隔壁的健身房，其中包括一个 25 m 的游泳池。

This was my first visit to China and on a business trip. This staff from this hotel was not so friendly. Room comfort was great. You are supposed to drink beer in a juice glass. If you drink directly from bottle they look at you in a wierd way. Not everyone speak english. I had a big problem in getting my security deposit back. It took 2 months and so many calls to china to get the security deposit reflected back to my account.

这是我第一次来中国出差。这家酒店的工作人员不太友好。房间舒适度很棒。你应该用果汁杯喝啤酒。如果你直接从瓶子里喝水，他们会用一种奇怪的方式看你。不是每个人都会说英语。我在拿回保证金方面遇到了很大的问题。我花了两个月的时间，打了很多电话到中国，才把保证金退回到我的账户上。

My purpose of visit was business so I can't give you an idea about the location as I've been picked up from the hotels both 2 days.. The room was clean and relatively big. The staff at the reception was helpful but with a little lack of English. (If you know China, it's totally acceptable)
