山泉湾温泉酒店

We have been staying here one night (29-30/5/2015) and our room number 338. The surrounding of the hotel is really cool and quiet. This is a hot spring hotel and it provides varieties of hot spring theme pool from outdoor (herbal, rose, mint and etc) and indoor spa/jacuzzi. The breakfast is just great with their local delicacies i.e. steamed black glutinuous rice and I love it so much. The room size is really big and the bathtub is huge which can accomodate 2-3 people inside the bathtub but to fill in the water, it would takes approximately 1-2 hours.||||It's really a nice and pleasant hotel and I would certainly visit this Hotel again when I am going back to Guangzhou.

Pleasantly surprised for a Chinese tour ... not normally a fan.... this place, the room was top notch... the food was better than average.... the hot springs were new and clean and have not yet been abused and they were NOT overcrowded. I recommend the one hour dangerous, switch back filled drive via bus trip up the mountain to the dangerous and invigorating rafting experience...that was FUN!!..... the paintball sucks.||I was with a tour, but my guide got us into a private room for dinner (8 of us) and while the hotel at first said NO, Our guide said YES and prevailed.... had to wait a bit longer but it was worth it. Breakfast buffet was better and not nearly as crowded or undersupplied as I have seen in many Chinese "upscale" places. It was a good breakfast. The firefly promo thing they had was ridiculous and a joke...hope they end that thing soon.

对于中国之旅来说真是惊喜……通常不是粉丝……这个地方，房间是一流的……食物比平均水平要好……温泉很新，很干净，还没有被洗过。受到虐待，而且他们并不拥挤。我推荐一小时危险的、转换回来的充满车程的巴士上山之旅，体验危险而充满活力的漂流体验......这很有趣!!.....彩弹很糟糕。||我参加了一次旅行，但是我的导游带我们进入一个私人房间吃晚饭（我们 8 个人），虽然酒店一开始说“不”，但我们的导游说“是”并占了上风......不得不等待更长的时间，但这是值得的。自助早餐更好，不像我在许多中国“高档”地方看到的那样拥挤或供应不足。这是一顿​​丰盛的早餐。他们的萤火虫促销活动很荒谬，也是一个笑话……希望他们尽快结束那件事。

Despite having a English interpreter with, us as well as two family members who spoke Chinese we had a very difficult time checking into our room. We had to pay a substantial cash deposit to get Internet in our room. At dinner we had a very difficult time placing your order and ended up getting things and we ordered. For example, we received the salad dressing for the Caesar salad with no lettuce. They thought that's all we wanted.|| The worst ones we checked out they asked to check the room to make sure we hadn't taken anything. After 20 minutes of waiting they indicated they were still looking for a cheap glass that had been in the room. We ended up going to the room to show them where the glass was because they could not understand what we were telling them. So our whole bus caravan was over 40 minutes late and leaving for our return to our next leg of our trip. Rude, offensive and exasperating service. ||||The hotel was really designed for local chinese guests and was not for foreign guests. Avoid unless a local.

I have stayed in this hotel twice with friends and found the hotel is not convenience to access. All your activities need to be held in the hotel. We have dinner in the hotel and the food is good (not those tour group set dinner) but the breafast is only so so. A short stay in the hotel is ok becasue it is too remote. The hotel is still very new and the service is acceptable.

过年时去的,前台做事有点混乱,等了半小时才能CHECK OUT. 温泉很少人,也很干净. 但池太少. 位置比较偏僻,下了高速还得走半小时车程. 附近只有小型农家菜.后来到酒店2楼的餐厅食.味道不错.但有点贵.

首先，该酒店的位置不难找到，道路也还可以，不算颠簸。最主要是，酒店房间摆设非常舒适，周围环境十分清幽，很适合睡眠。整间酒店的格调很好……

第一次到這酒店渡假，登記入住時前台服務員對我說沒有我的資料，與旅行社聯絡，出現了少誤會，很快就解決了，服務人員因為我用的信用卡刷押金未能使用，酒店人員靈活處理免簽押金，知道我第一次到該酒店詳細介紹了設施及時間，這種服務態度很多五星級酒店的服務人員都未必會這樣做，早午晚餐食品一般，酒店房間大，整體不錯，溫泉池也算不錯，算是一個渡假的好地方。

和公司同事来恩平旅游，才发现在恩平竟然还有这么好的酒店，虽然周边还是一些乡间的环境。适合公司度假的行程安排。娱乐设施不错。
