This hotel service is very bad on the weekend I paid more money for good room but they not provide me the room which I booked and also not clean my room very bad service I asked the front desk staff but they don’t have reply may be they don’t have staff for cleaning room that’s why on weekend this hotel not good for living

这家酒店周末的服务很差，我花了更多的钱住了好房间，但他们没有为我提供我预订的房间，也没有打扫我的房间，服务很差，我问了前台工作人员，但他们没有回复，可能是他们没有打扫房间的工作人员，这就是为什么周末这家酒店不适合居住
