酒店整體環境很舒適，員工服務很好，特別是前台同事和早餐餐廳的阿姨很專業很貼心。房間設計很中式很美。酒店位置不錯，去不同的景點都很方便，對面是小西湖，下次有機會一定會再入住。

The reception girls ie. Front desk ladies (especially the night shift front desk ladies) were super helpful and attentive. Super customer centric and emphatatic to foreign guests like us. Very courteous and helped in our short but eventful trip to chaozhou city. They showed us the lounge for guests to experience chaozhou's exquisite teas & evening nightcap/supper, etc. Will definitely come back to stay with hansi because of their amazing guest experience. Perfect location and clean hotel, well upkept by all the "ahyis" & they helped clean our clothes to allow us to continue our travels to the next city in comfort - world class lah! Highly recommend this hotel!

接待女孩即。前台女士（尤其是夜班前台女士）非常乐于助人且细心。超级以客户为中心，重视像我们这样的外国客人。非常有礼貌，为我们短暂但丰富多彩的潮州之旅提供了帮助。他们向我们展示了休息室，供客人体验潮州精致的茶和晚间睡前饮料/晚餐等。由于他们令人惊叹的客人体验，我一定会回来入住汉斯酒店。完美的位置和干净的酒店，所有“ahyis”都维护得很好，他们帮助清洗我们的衣服，让我们能够舒适地继续前往下一个城市的旅行 - 世界一流的啊！强烈推荐这家酒店！

The hotel location is very convenient, close to Pai Fang Jie, Guang Ji Qiao and Chao Zhou Gu Cheng. Cross street is the West Lake Park. From our room, we can see the lake with nice view. The room is big and elegant. The breakfast has variety of choices and is very tasty. The service is good and it has free laundry service. Overall, we have a great experience and will stay this hotel again.

酒店位置非常方便，靠近牌坊街、广济桥、潮州古城。 过马路就是西湖公园。 从我们的房间可以看到美丽的湖景。 房间很大，很优雅。 早餐有多种选择而且非常好吃。 服务很好，有免费洗衣服务。 总的来说，我们有一次很棒的经历，并且会再次入住这家酒店。

The location is good, opposite xihu lake, surrounding with plenty of restaurant and convenient store. The reception also offers list of recommended restaurant. The check in process if good quick and smooth. The hotel offer free choices of tea and dessert at the lobby. The room is clean and bigger than expected. In the morning around 7 o'clock there is small morning market in front of the hotel, you can find fresh fruit and vegetable. The hotel also offer free laundry 10 pcs per room. Breakfast is good, although not many choice but all taste good. The Breakfast restaurant is a bit small, you need to come earlier. If I have a chance to visit Chaozhou, I definitely stay there again.

位置很好，对面就是西湖，周围有很多餐厅和便利店。接待处还提供推荐餐厅的列表。办理入住手续的过程非常快而且顺利。酒店大堂提供免费茶水和甜点。房间很干净，比想象中的大。早上7点左右酒店门前就有小早市，可以买到新鲜的水果和蔬菜。酒店还为每间客房提供 10 件免费洗衣服务。 早餐不错，虽然选择不多，但味道都不错。早餐餐厅有点小，需要早点来。如果有机会再去潮州，我一定还会再住那里。

The location is good near plenty of restaurants and convenient stores. Xihu lake is opposite the hotel, you can walk to the lake very easy. We can reach old town by walk. The room is big clean and all equipped.The TV has choices of movie, western movie and chinese movie. There are choices of tea for free at the lobby. The hotel also offer free laundry 10 pcs. per room which is very impressive. Breakfast is good but the restaurant is a bit small.

位置很好，附近有很多餐馆和便利店。西湖就在酒店对面，步行即可到达湖边，非常方便。我们可以步行到达老城区。房间很大很干净，设施齐全。电视有电影、西部电影和中国电影可供选择。大堂有免费的茶可供选择。酒店还提供免费洗衣服务10件。每个房间都非常令人印象深刻。早餐不错，但餐厅有点小。

前台有禮貌，態度很好。大堂的花茶很好味，喝了很多杯。前台主動升級為湖景客房，帶來驚喜。另外酒店有免費洗衣服務，但我們沒有享用，下次吧！

酒店位置很好！第一天冇下雨看了很多景點！酒店門口有人力三輪車去各景點15-25元！等二天下雨夜晚只好在酒店叫外賣！湖景房同網上圖片一樣！可惜露台看出去棵樹太高了！檔了不少景觀

酒店位置距離潮汕高鐵站約40分鐘，叫滴滴出行要大約¥7X便可以直達。酒店也有停車場，可以自駕遊。酒店對面的是西湖，有興趣可以踏船遊湖。酒店一出轉左直行再轉右大約15分鐘便可以到古城，那裡有一些特式店可以行。經下水門出口出去對面便是湘子橋，風景不錯。酒店附近世有很多酒家給大家選擇。我們住的酒店房間是二樓，面向湖景，房間面積都算大，設備都齊全，水力足，房間隔音不錯。酒店餐廳在5樓，自助早餐款式都有很多選擇，味道不錯。晚上酒店還提供糖水，好窩心！酒店職員很有禮貌，服務很好，有問必答，下次一定再來入住！
