The Vienna International Hotel Nanning Zoo is a very new hotel that is in an excellent location adjacent the park-like surrounds of the Nanning Zoo. It is easily accessible from the Airport with the Airport Bus #3 which departs every hour.||||The staff are very enthusiastic, willing and eager to please. The reception manager and manager are available and very good listening ear to help. ||||The room had a very large and comfortable bed, brilliant new Full HD TV and bathroom with very large shower and warmed floor! ||||As you would expect with a new hotel, everything in the decoration is well planned and well executed and in like new order.||||The location is not noisy - very quiet in fact and easy walk to shopping centre if one likes.||||My room was on 13th floor.

The hotel is quite new and very close to the Nanning Zoo Metro station so getting around is very easy, including from Nanning Dong Railway Station.||||Rooms are clean. Service is very good, although English is slim. ||||They do not accept International Credit Cards unfortunately and despite discussing this with them on previous occasions they are yet to succeed in fixing this problem.||||The breakfast is good Chinese breakfast, but there is a coffee pot with milk and sugar added!

I'm not sure why check in is so difficult and took so long. logging into the internet proved difficult as well. My room air conditioning wasn't working and the engineer said it was blowing 20 c but was registering 25cm. ||It took 1.5 hours to be able to get to rest. At 4am the air was reading 23cm so rule out air. The walls are so thin unfortunately you can hear everything in the next room and still heard TV at 5am. I was there to work not play so it was not a good experience for me. The rooms are outdated and the breakfast wasn't good. I booked a room in a real 4.5 star hotel and on my way out to the elevator a huge cockroach greeted me goodbye.||For a small difference in price you can stay at a real 4 star. You get what you pay for.
