房間很大，雖然設施一般，但對得起價格。特價房才99一晚。 酒店上下的服務人員都特別熱情，從前台到餐廳到保潔人員，都會熱情的打招呼，併為客人着想。夜裡1點到的機場，還有免費接機服務。還能免費送到附近的景點和飯店。 不足之處，臨街，有點吵。 其他一切完美。再去桂林還會選擇這家酒店。

订的豪华大床房，房间很大，卫生间特别宽敞。枕头舒服，晚上休息的不错。服务很好，有免费接机，地毯不算特别干净但是对得起价格了。

Ich habe hier 2 Tage in einem Deluxe Single Zimmer gewohnt, weil es in der Nähe vom Busbahnhof ist. Dafür habe ich 24 € bezahlt. Für mich ist dieses Hotel ein 5*-Hotel und sehr empfehlenswert. Bis zum Center sind es 1,5 km, was mit dem Taxi sehr preiswert ist. Die klimatisierten Zimmer sind mit dicken Teppichen ausgelegt. Das Kingsize Bett hat sehr bequeme Matratzen und Kissen. Es gibt noch eine Sitzgruppe und Schreibtisch, einen Kleiderschrank mit Bügeln und einen Flachbild-TV. Das schöne Bad ist sehr modern mit einer tollen Dusche, flauschigen großen Badetüchern, Seifen- und Shampoo-Spender und Pflegeprodukten. Täglich gibt es kostenlos zwei Flaschen Wasser. Die Straße ist tagsüber sehr befahren, aber nachts ist es ruhig und man kann sehr gut schlafen. Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht gut englisch. Sie sind nicht aufdringlich, wenn es um Sightseeing geht. Morgens wird ein asiatisches Frühstücksbuffet angeboten für 2 €, was ganz lecker ist.

我在这里住了2天，住的是豪华单人间，因为离公交车站很近。我为此支付了 24 欧元。对我来说这家酒店是一家五星级酒店，强烈推荐。距离市中心1.5公里，乘坐出租车非常便宜。空调客房铺有厚地毯。特大号床配有非常舒适的床垫和枕头。客房还设有休息区、书桌、带熨衣板的衣柜和平板电视。美丽的浴室非常现代，配有很棒的淋浴、蓬松的大浴巾、肥皂和洗发水分配器以及洗浴用品。每天有两瓶免费水。白天街上很热闹，但晚上却很安静，可以睡得很好。一切都很干净。工作人员非常友好，英语说得很好。他们在观光时不会打扰您。早上提供美味的亚洲自助早餐，价格为 2 欧元。

We stayed here for 2 nights and the service we received was outstanding. From the pickup at the station, the checking in to advice on sightseeing we had the pleasure of being assisted by Shower (Lan Xuehua) and her colleagues. They met the transport, assisted us with our heavy bags and couldn’t do enough to help us. |This is rare today and from our service experiences in China … very rare.|The rooms were large, well-appointed and we had a view across to the mountains. The only downside of these rooms is that they get some road noise. The bathrooms are large and there is a choice of 2 shower options. |There is a limited choice of restaurants nearby but the one supper we had outside and the one in the hotel were delicious and reasonably priced. |My wife and I spent a few hours walking around the Seven Stars Park. Discounted tickets were arranged by Shower and from her we got detailed instructions of which bus to catch and how the system worked. She is dynamic, gracious and a real asset to the business.|Finally, she organised for us to get dropped off at the station for our bus trip to Yangshuo.

My family stayed at this hotel in early September. We found the staff to be very helpful. The manager spoke English very well. The concierge had a strong desire to make us feel comfortable. We arranged a boat trip on the Li River and were able to make the connections to the boat right from this hotel. The tour had us picked up and the driver delivered us right to the dock and stayed until we boarded the boat! The room was very clean had an excellent bathroom. We would stay there again if we returned to Guilin.

Thank goodness my daughter found this hotel after refusing to go back to the hotel that we had previously booked. The rooms and hallway were clean and nicely decorated. There was a blind in the bathroom so there was privacy (unlike in some hotels). The beds were comfortable. ||What impressed me was the helpfulness of the staff. The staff at reception spoke no English and I, unfortunately, spoke no Mandarin but all was not lost because a staff member used a pocket translator. The staff went out of their way to help me with a medical problem. A very kind gentleman stepped forward and offered to drive me to the hospital and then on to the fire station (that adventure is a long story). ||The hotel was very reasonably priced for good service and clean and comfortable rooms.

A very small hotel that surprised me with excellent, friendly and attentive service. Though the staff didnt speak much English, I had no problem with it since I spoke Mandarin. They offered guidance at all times and welcomed us every time we arrived, giving friendly reminders when we went out. This is my first trip to Guilin and I loved it, a very relaxing and slow paced place where everyone was polite and helpful, very different from other cities I visited. The hotel is a bit of a distance from the centre but taxi is only around 15RMB to centre and major visiting sites. So it is a place away from hustle and bustle but around the corner of beautiful scenery. Me and my parents will surely return to Guilin and Han Tan Xin Ge will be our choice for stay again! Thank you Han Tan Xin Ge staff for such hospitality!
