We had an upgraded room on the top floor, and we had a wonderful view . It was very modern and elegant, very good beds, a big and clean bathroom with both bath tub and shower, a dressing room etc. so it was a suite. The location of the hotel is great! The general manager (?) Robin did an excellent job with assisting with finding a private guide, car and ordering boattrip for us on the Li River etc. The breakfast buffet was good. The reason why I don't give the hotel top score is that the staff ought to communicate better in English to get a topscore, and also I did not find any Western toilets in the public areas of the hotel which I think is not good enough if you want to have International guests. Also, I was very surprised to find information about how the A/C was working, was only in Chinese.. If I ever return to Guilin, I would love to stay here again.

We were still amazed by how good and diversified the breakfast was at the hotel — it is better than a lot of the 5-Star hotels we’ve stayed in Europe. It offers a variety of local Guilin, Chinese and western food, all very healthy and delicious!||The hotel also offers free snacks from 7-10pm and delivers free milk before bedtime. ||Location is great. The hotel faces the quiet part of the lake, which is nice for a walk, and is 5 min walk to the busy happening streets where you can find good restaurants, bars and souvenir shops.||What we don’t like about it is the drain in the shower — takes about 15 mins for the loud draining sound to stop after a shower.||Some guests might have also smoked in rooms although it’s prohibited. At check in, I immediately smelled smoke upon entering the room, but the staff was very helpful and upgraded us to a nicer and odorless room immediately.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at Li River Hotel. Staff are extremely friendly and helped with several questions we had about getting around and other stuff. Design is minimalist and very tasteful, rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. Great shower. Breakfast also good with plenty of Chinese and sufficient western choices. If you leave early for a cruise best be on time when breakfast starts at 7am - otherwise it might be difficult to get a table. There were some small things though making this review 4 instead of 5 points: WiFi annoyingly slow a lot of the time, very open bathroom layout - when you step out of the shower you’re basically standing in the middle of the room. Also our room was quite noisy due to its location on a low floor and facing the light shaft.||Uns hat der Aufenthalt hier gut gefallen. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hat uns bei vielen Fragen weitergeholfen. Das Hotel ist minimalistisch und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, unser Zimmer war großzügig und sehr sauber. Tolle Dusche. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut mit vielen chinesischen und ausreichend westlichen Speisen. Wer für eine Flussfahrt früh los muss, sollte pünktlich um 7 beim Frühstück sein, denn die Tische sind um diese Zeit sehr begehrt. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben den Ausschlag für 4 statt 5 Punkten gegeben: WiFi meist sehr, sehr langsam, Badezimmer zu offen - sicher Geschmackssache, aber man steht quasi mitten im Raum, wenn man aus der Dusche kommt. Außerdem war unser Zimmer aufgrund seiner Lage auf einem unteren Stockwerk und angrenzend an einen Lichtschacht recht laut.

Semplicemente incredibile. La posizione è senza dubbio la migliore in assoluto. Di fronte al lago con le pagode e a pochi passi dal centro con i negozi e i ristoranti. Robin parla perfettamente inglese e saprà aiutarvi in ogni momento. La stanza che affaccia sul lago è semplicemente incredibile con un arredamento di grande lusso e con enormi spazi curati in ogni dettaglio. Durante il nostro viaggio in Cina non ho trovato un posto tanto bello e curato. Il letto è semplicemente gigantesco e il bagno ha tutti i comfort possibili. Nonostante affacci sulla strada non si sente alcun rumore soprattutto la sera dopo le 22 e si dorme magnificamente. ||È possibile usufruire gratuitamente del minibar e il pomeriggio vengono a portare frutta fresca. ||A pochi passi dall’hotel (uscendo sulla destra all’angolo) è presente un buon ristorante cinese con porzioni molto abbondanti. ||La colazione è ottima. I noodle fatti da loro sono una vera specialità. Il servizio è sempre estremamente attento e disponibile. In generale direi la scelta migliore in assoluto per Guilin e in generale uno dei migliori hotel nel viaggio in Cina.

Stay here for one night and everything was very perfect. Very center location , walkable to any city center's shop. Room was new and very good decoration. A little chinese style make me feel very good. Bed was so comfy and the full amenities in the room. ||||The price was so affordable compare to that you get. Maybe higher compare to other hotel in Guilin but none of them can beat this hotel. Breakfast was delicious with Guilin style noodle and local food. ||||Staff was also always smile and helpful. You will never regret to stay here.

Stayed for 2 nights in Guilin and this hotel was probably the best part. My husband called it one of the best hotels he's stayed at, period, and we travel pretty frequently. The price is a little high for its Guilin peers but quite affordable by international standards.||The hotel is new and not that many people know about it, but it's next door to the very large Li River Waterfall hotel, so you can use that if the taxi driver doesn't know. The location by the lake is perfect, we took a walk around the lake after dinner in the rain (which was supposed to be romantic but in reality we just got soaked in a downpour). The hotel is also very close to the Zhengyang pedestrian shopping street and the city square.||Upon arrival, we were greeted with tea and hot towels during the check-in process. The room was large and bed was comfortable, the bathroom was also large and clean. The hotel serves complimentary nightly snacks which includes sushi rolls, spring rolls, dumplings, shrimp pancake, dessert and yuzu tea. There is unlimited free bottled water for guests, and someone comes around every evening delivering free cans of milk. The breakfast was also really good and memorable, full of eastern and western choices so there's something for everyone.||The only silly thing is the hoops you have to jump through to get connected to the wifi which makes you follow one of their wechat accounts only to be forwarded to another page etc. I recommend just having a staff at the hotel log you in.

在桂林住了两晚，这家酒店可能是最好的部分。我丈夫称这是他住过的最好的酒店之一，而且我们经常旅行。价格在桂林同业中有点高，但按照国际标准来说还是很实惠的。||酒店很新，知道的人不多，但隔壁就是很大的漓江瀑布酒店，所以可以住如果出租车司机不知道的话。湖边的位置很完美，我们吃完饭就在雨中绕湖散步（本来应该很浪漫，但实际上我们只是被倾盆大雨淋湿了）。酒店离正阳步行街和城市广场也很近。||抵达后，办理入住过程中还给我们送上了茶水和热毛巾。房间很大，床很舒服，浴室也很大很干净。酒店提供免费夜间小吃，包括寿司卷、春卷、饺子、虾饼、甜点和柚子茶。为客人提供无限量的免费瓶装水，每天晚上都会有人过来提供免费的罐装牛奶。早餐也非常好，令人难忘，有很多东方和西方的选择，所以每个人都能找到适合自己的东西。||唯一愚蠢的是你必须跳过圈子才能连接到无线网络，这让你关注他们的一个微信帐户只会被转发到另一个页面等。我建议让酒店的工作人员为您登录。

muy bien situado, en el centro de guilin, junto a los cuatro lagos y las dos pagodas, un espectaculo de dia y de noche. el hotel no es muy grande, pero tiene todas las comodidades necesarias para ponerle un excelente, aunque hubo un par de detalles que empañaron nuestra puntuacion, ya que nos cobraron 20 yuanes por una tarjeta de la habitacion que perdimos y que no quisieron cambiarnos una de las habitaciones que olia a tabaco. por esto no le quitamos puntuacion, pero son detalles tontos que tienen que ir limando para que la estancia sea perfecta. las habitaciones dotadas con todo lo necesario, el hotel bastante nuevo y con detalles de lujo. El desayuno como en todos los hoteles de china enfocado a los clientes chinos con comida asiatica y poca variedad de comida occidental, aunque tiene pase. la piscina toda ella es climatizada, ya que no es muy grande y esta en la quinta planta del hotel al aire libre, con un servicio del personal exquisito, tanto aqui, como en el desayuno, como en recepcion.
