環境舒服，整潔，前台小姐姐熱情，還介紹我們吃美味的桂林海哥私房菜。早餐有待改善，全都空的，喝杯沒有牛奶的咖啡還要自費。

半夜入住，前堂沒人影，叫了幾聲，才有一位員工從房裡走出來，看神態是從裡面聽到有客人聲，剛睡起的樣子，也沒帶口罩卻要求客人出示核酸，這是什麼接待和防疫政策？還沒入住，第一印象就大大扣分。酒店設施挺好，有洗衣和烘乾機，餐廳和大堂寬敞得體，第二天回到房裡，收拾房間的質數讓人傻眼，用過的杯子沒洗，床單沒摺好，枕頭亂擺，拖鞋和肥皂不換新，要是住十天是否一直不用換？連嗽口杯客人用完，打掃也不放回原來位置，吹風機也是，這樣的收拾客房質數有待改進，房間提供咖啡卻沒有攪伴棒，是要用手指去攪嗎？另外床與浴室有個玻璃，有點透，洗澡很沒安全感。幸好，客房經理態度良好，EQ也高，馬上處理好問題，然後隔天再回到房裡，總算正常了，希望以後加強員工培訓。

The beamer in the room is very nice. We didn‘t had the chance to use it but still, it is nice. The room is big, the bed is comfy and they just had one good pillow instead of havin 2-3 different pillows 👍

We spent two days in Bamboo garden hotel. It is very clean and has outstanding amenities in budget hotels. The staff number 5 in this hotel, has helped a lot for booking Longji rice terrace trip for the next day, at late night, and also booked the tickets for Yangshuo cruise ship for another day. She definitely made our trip easy and smooth. I really thank staff number 5, for her efforts. Thanks to trip.com for better deals all over the world.

We spent two days in this hotel to explore the Longji rice terrace. It's budget hotel with good amenities. Staff number 5, helped to book the Longji rice terrace and its transportation at midnight. She also booked a cruise ship for Yangshuo the next day. Thanks to trip.com for showing better deals.

From booking the hotel to leaving, the staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. Staff number 19, helped me prepare something special for my partner and went out her way to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it. The room was clean, warm, comfortable and the location was perfect. I will be making frequent visits to Guilin in the near future and it’s easy to say that I wouldn’t stay elsewhere other than here. Thank you for an awesome stay, and see you soon.
