Very nice and clean hotel. Nice view from the top floor. Staff speaks English and can book tours to Li River and Rice terraces. I also recommend the body massage that is offered. Breakfast is ok, tours leave early in the morning so there isnt much time to linger.

Central located, beautiful Chinese decoration, high cleaning standards and very comfortable rooms.|The staffing is very kind and can do nearly everything for you to make your stay enjoyable. I had a great stay in Guilin thanks to them.|They organised for us airport pick-up and drop-off, river Li Cruise, massages and restaurants booking.

The hotel is nice and well located. Rooms are super big and beds confortable. The staff is nice, they speak English and helped us book a boat tour to Yenshuo, that we enjoyed a lot. I found the breakfast selection poor, and some of the occidental style choices are bad

Unique hotel with excellent service. It's in a great location. We had a wonderful stay. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again.

Super friendly staff and big and comfortable rooms. Very clean. Small complaint is the noise outside given it's close to a busy area. But otherwise great place to stay - highly recommended

Very cool museum themed hotel across the street from the lake. The rooms are beautiful, affordable and have their own small tea rooms by the window. Breakfast was included and the ingredients looked clean and high quality. The lady working at the counter was super friendly and helpful. She showed us like 10 different rooms and let us pick which one we wanted and was super helpful in answering all sorts of random tourist questions we had.

Room was very clean. We’ve had a Chinese breakfast which was delicious and a lot. Staff was very friendly and they speak English. Location of the hotel is great; you can reach the sun and moon pagodas/Elephant Trunk Hill/city centre in 15 minutes walk.
