桂林龙脊平安酒店

This was a total surprise after walking through the rice fields we came to the village and the hotel. We had a room on the second floor with the most amazing views from our balcony over the valley. It was a twin room but bed comfortable clean nice size bathroom. The look of the room was so quaint suited the area. Tea making facilities provided. Yes it was basic but what more do you need for one night a comfortable bed clean room. Also dinner was fantastic tried something local rice stuffed in bamboo tubes and put in hot coals great taste. If you want something a bit move fun and adventures this is a must.

The hotel is in a nice spot of town and it’s rooms have wonderful views! The dinner is spectacular. After main meals I highly suggest the Apple with Hot Toffee (it is enough to serve 4 people). Things to note, there is a lot of construction going on in this village, but the whole village is small so it is hard to avoid it. The construction starts once the sun isn’t in the heat of the day and lasts through until sunset. The beds are a bit hard, but you hardly notice after a full day of hiking. Wonderful place to rest!

While this was once an isolated idyllic hotel in very scenic rice patties, it is now surrounded by 100 other hotels and restaurants and accompanying large numbers of tourists. The hotel itself is fascinating due to its traditional|Construction. In the other hand the bed consisted of a two inch mattress on a plank and the restaurant served a mediocre Western breakfast and lackluster dinner focused on the tastes of timid westerners despite a number of nearby restaurants serving very tasty local food.

In the middle of rice terraces is this village with the Ping An Hotel. It has beautiful thatched may walls, shower and running water and electricity, heat and internet. Make sure you have a balcony room. The views are spectacular! ||Surprising for being so far up the mountain. The staff are great and for is fast and tasty and very reasonable prices.||If you've ever been to Nepal, this village will remind you of Namche Bazaar. If you're in this region, this is a must see.

Long Pin An was a fabulous surprise. After trekking down through the rice paddies and wandering the village we arrived to find 5 star accommodation. The Restaurant was clean and the food generous and freshly prepared. The rooms had all modern facilities- a/c and TV. Great beds and friendly villagers.

Hotel is located in the rice terraces at longsheng. It is a bit of a hike to reach the hotel, a lot of steps that are uneven and slippery when wet. Pack an overnight bag, you will not want to carry luggage up the hill.||The hotel itself is very cold when visiting in winter, there is no heating in the lobby/restaurant area, which makes for a cold dinner. ||The rooms have AC that pump hot air. The beds are HARD. A very uncomfortable sleep if you are use to luxury. They provide hot water and tea etc which is very appreciated after a cold trek to view the rice terraces.||The bathrooms are very small and very slippery with water going everywhere, they do provide all the basic amenities, soap, toothbrush/paste, shower cap etc. ||Dinner in the restaurant was lovely, like a home cooked meal, and they have a drink Ginger Coke, boiled Coca-Cola with ginger, interesting and warming on a cold night.|

This is a great place to stay in Ping An. A lovely little village working hard not to lose its old world charm. Magnificent views from a balcony room (make sure you ask for one). But the great thing now is you can get an oversized golf cart from the parking area to the lookout (for a fee) above Ping An then walk DOWN. Still pack light though

We stayed 2 nights. The location is excellent and the rooms new and clean.|They have very good food also |Breakfast is ok not rich but everywhere around ladies sell fresh fruits and juices if you are looking for it.|Its the season of passion fruit and water melon and its so beautiful and relaxing to walk between the rice fields...|Dont forget to pack light cause u have to climb 40minutes before reaching the hotel!|Great bamboo sticky rice dont miss it.
