距离闹市区大约15km，附近几乎没有吃饭娱乐的地方，去机场叫出租车和网约车也很困难，等待了20分钟才有车。 房间隔音差，白天高达50分贝的噪音，只有一个UPS不间断电源，出门一会儿室内电子设备无法充电，空调不好用，白天温度28度以上，不会再次入住。

Отель хороший. Просторные номера, удобная кровать, чистота и комфорт. Завтраки разнообразные и среди блюд местной кухни, вполне можно выбрать еду для европейца. Есть столовые приборы ( вилки и ножи ) а это есть не во всех китайских отелях)) Небольшой минус - это расположение. Далековато от всего, но если передвигаться на такси, то приемлемо. И большой минус - это практически не говорящий по - английски ( да и не по каковски кроме китайского ) персонал. Так что готовьте google translate и парочку VPN так как google в Китае блокируется.

Our stay was excellent with full marks to Hotel staff who were very courteous & co-operative. special thanks to Peter Pan & Toby. Peter helped us from the moment we landed at the airport to our departure after 3 nights stay. Toby helped us plan our visit to Tian Chi lake. Both spoke very good English & were very friendly and easily approachable. Breakfast was excellent with huge spread. Must stay at this property if one is thinking of visiting Urumqi.

I had bedbugs in my room. I stayed two nights in the hotel. The first night I got many bedbug bites on my legs and a few on my arms. I was able to change my room the next night and I didn't get more bites. The staff apologised for what happened, I got some compensation for the room. However, the staff doesn't believe that I got the bites in their hotel, and the worst thing is that I don't think they took action to solve the bedbug problem. After two nights, I returned home and the bites got really severe. According to the doctor, they are clearly bedbug bites. I cannot recommend staying at this hotel to anyone.

The first time I stayed in the Marriott Hotel in Xinjiang, and it was also the only one. Annie at the front desk was very patiently and enthusiastic. Room service is also timely. Zoe is very professional and timely to help solve problem.

Overall nice hotel on the Northern outskirts of Urumqi. They offer good beds, good breakfast buffet and have attentive staff. Non-smoking actually worked well. Unfortunately the bathroom smelled from the pipes. This is odd as it's a fairly new building. Sadly early check-in wasn't possible, had to wait 5 hours.
