无锡最佳美洲锦亭国际酒店

近兩次的華東遊，我得出了一個結論，就是無錫的一晚，是住得最舒服的一晚。我們在鳥鎮晚飯後出發，來到無錫經已入黑。夜晚，不知天南地北，眼中只看著，腦裡只想著，今晚的酒店如何。||||在差不多要睡著的時候，旅遊巴停在一座大型的商業大廈門前，同保安溝通好後，巴士進入大廈另一邊的門口，名字叫《錦亭國際酒店》。||||也是一間非常新的酒店，大堂可以用壯麗來形容，再加上乾淨的環境，一入來，已感覺十分之舒服。||||房間也是非常整潔的，不過燈光就有點不足，原因就是部份房間的 setting，是沒有天花燈的。浴室同房間也只是隔一層玻璃，但，是蘑沙的，再用上一層大貼紙封了，不會看到室友洗澡。 ||||早上，食用自助早餐的地方也是一個令人覺得享受的地方。本來，可以坐在舒適花園用餐，但見沒有人在，也就回早餐餐廳了。||||中西食品的選擇夠多，房間潔淨舒適，感覺很好。離開後，導遊說出了，這是一家由旅美華僑投資興建的酒店，專門招待來無錫旅遊及工幹的華僑旅客的。

酒店的大堂比較小，不像一家5星級酒店，另外停車的地方也很小！酒店房間就非常整潔，比起其他大陸5星級酒店好很多！！|但是，Room Services在晚上9點半後就沒有啦，這一點真的不太行！！

The hotel seems newer and the facilities seemed fine for our stay. The beds were fine, the facilities seemed fine too. We had no issues, typical Chinese style room with the Window from bedroom to bathroom. There are supermarket/convenience stores and eateries about a block away across the street so not too bad. Of course, for a tourist, its within walking distance. Breakfast was quite good, with typical Chinese choices for congee, omelets/eggs on demand, noodles on demand, and other cakes. The weird thing is they are using a waffle iron for making toast with the sliced bread provided. I was actually looking forward to waffles. Oh well. Tea, coffee, hot water, hot soy milk are regular staples provided too. The breakfast dining area is large so no problem seating. Its fine for a couple of nights as I found the hotel clean and more than adequate. I did not have much dealings with the staff but I am sure its typical language barrier with westerners.

酒店似乎比较新，设施也不错，适合我们入住。床不错，设施也不错。我们没有遇到任何问题，典型的中式房间，从卧室到浴室都有窗户。街对面大约一个街区外就有超市/便利店和餐馆，所以还不错。当然，对于游客来说，步行即可到达。早餐相当不错，有典型的中式粥、煎蛋卷/鸡蛋（按需供应）、面条（按需供应）和其他蛋糕。奇怪的是，他们使用华夫饼烤盘和切片面包制作吐司。我其实很期待华夫饼。算了。茶、咖啡、热水、热豆浆也是常规主食。早餐用餐区很大，所以座位没有问题。住几个晚上还不错，因为我觉得酒店干净，设施齐全。我和员工没有太多交流，但我相信这是西方人之间的语言障碍。

This hotel was our wuxi accommodation by nexus holidays. The lobby is very well maintained and customer service is excellent abeit to chinese standards. Aside from random smokers who always prefers to smoke indoors and couldnt care less about second hand smoke the rooms were ok and spacious too. Breakfast is vast and plenty to choose from for a chinese hotel. Overall aside from annoying smokers the was pleasant if you enjoy that odour of cigarette butts.

这家酒店是我们在无锡的住宿，由 nexus holidays 提供。大堂维护得很好，客户服务也非常出色，符合中国标准。除了那些喜欢在室内吸烟、对二手烟毫不在意的随机吸烟者外，房间也不错，也很宽敞。早餐很丰盛，对于一家中国酒店来说，可供选择的种类很多。总的来说，除了令人讨厌的吸烟者外，如果你喜欢烟蒂的味道，这里还是很愉快的。

This hotel felt new, so my stay was comfortable. The wifi was great - free wifi in lobby and in our rooms. The hotel is considered 5 stars in China, so the room looked really nice, with newish wood furnishings. However, the quality was "Made in China." First, the wooden sliding door to our bathroom was broken and did not close. The handyman who came to fix our door said this is a common problem for a lot of the rooms. He could not fix the door because he would have to take apart the wall. Second, the rain shower in the bathroom did not have great pressure, so it felt more like a weak drizzle. Third, the frosted window between the shower and the bedroom was see through, and there was no curtain. Finally, the breakfast in the morning was very mediocre - not a lot of variety and the food wasn't too great. Also the staff member at the egg station was rude and made terrible eggs - gross-looking, over cooked over easy eggs. When I asked him to make egg whites only, he pretended not to understand my Chinese (other staff members in the hotel understood me!) and smirked when he knew that I knew he was only pretending. When he finally understood me, he refused to cook me the egg because he didn't know how? Clearly he was just too lazy to do this. The staff at the hotel does not really speak English so it is best you know some Chinese or hope you don't have to speak with them much during your stay.

这家酒店给人一种新的感觉，所以我住得很舒服。无线网络很棒——大堂和房间里都有免费无线网络。这家酒店在中国算是五星级酒店，所以房间看起来非常漂亮，有较新的木质家具。然而，质量是“中国制造”。首先，我们浴室的木质推拉门坏了，关不上。来修门的杂工说，这是很多房间的通病。他修不了门，因为必须拆掉墙。其次，浴室里的淋浴水压不大，所以感觉更像是小雨。第三，淋浴间和卧室之间的磨砂窗户是透明的，没有窗帘。最后，早上的早餐很一般——品种不多，食物也不是很好。鸡蛋站的工作人员也很粗鲁，做的鸡蛋很难吃——看起来很恶心，煎得太熟了。当我让他只做蛋清时，他假装听不懂我的中文（酒店的其他工作人员听得懂！）当他知道我知道他只是假装时，他笑了笑。当他终于明白我的意思时，他拒绝为我煮鸡蛋，因为他不知道怎么做？显然他太懒了。酒店的员工不会说英语，所以你最好懂一点中文，或者希望你在住宿期间不必与他们说太多话。

When I first stepped foot in this hotel the lobby gave me a good impression. The lobby is tall and bright with a shiny chandelier. Inside the court yard is a nice pond with water fountains and tables and chairs, it is a nice place to relax. The bedroom and bathroom are a good size and clean. We had a good night rest. They also serve breakfast, but it was not that great.||Happy Travelling!

我第一次踏进这家酒店时，大堂就给我留下了很好的印象。大堂高大明亮，挂着闪亮的吊灯。院子里有一个漂亮的池塘，有喷泉和桌椅，是个放松的好地方。卧室和浴室面积合适，干净整洁。我们晚上休息得很好。他们也提供早餐，但不是很好。||祝您旅途愉快！

Average hotel, with soft beds. The room is clean but is underwhelmingly small. The rooms decor and fittings is dark and dated and is in need of some TLC.The room is decent and comfortable but the view from the windows is overlooking the back of some signs. This room is decent but not outstanding. Be careful of a trap, in some rooms they put an expensive bottle of water in the rooms where the normal bottle water is usually placed, if you take it they charge us to 20RMB a bottle.

普通酒店，床很软。房间干净，但小得可怜。房间装饰和设施暗淡且陈旧，需要一些细心呵护。房间不错，舒适，但从窗户看到的景色俯瞰着一些标志的背面。这个房间不错，但并不出众。小心陷阱，有些房间在通常放普通瓶装水的房间里放了一瓶昂贵的水，如果你拿走，他们会向我们收取每瓶 20 元的费用。

This hotel is apparently part of an American chain but it seems to end at the first floor buffet America Hall. I doubt this place is up to the standards set by the corporate office: my mother found toilet paper that didn't flush completely, the bathroom mirrors (main and makeup) had smudge marks so they obviously weren't cleaned, carpet needs to be washed, a desk lamp's plug is loose and won't stay in the socket, a drawer in the front table won't stay closed, and the TV picture only takes up a quarter of the screen even though I tried to fix it for 10 minutes (worse, the TV remote only operated volume and power). At 1:30 AM I heard loud talking outside and figured it was another guest, but it turned out to be a noisy woman coming from the Spa -still open, mind you - next door in room 520. There are only two good points from my experience: the hallway light is motion activated -- perfect for midnight trips to the toilet -- and the beds are soft and comfortable.||Additional notes: There is a electronic device under the cabinet that I thought was a DVD player but was actually a wireless router; the blinking lights gave it away. I ran out of facial tissue because my sinuses acted up and had to call Housekeeping to bring more.
