Nice staff and good locationThe room is quite small with unnecessary two sinks. It would be nice if they cleaned the windows overlooking the outside views.However, staff are professional and helpful. One of them helped us with the Didi application and we really appreciated.The location is good too. It’s just a short walk to the bus stop where you can get to many attractions. They also provide a lovely map for guests.

Hotel is located near the subway station and walking distance from the food streets. Concierge was helpful too! However, cleanliness of the hotel could be improved as certain spots were dusty and there were stains in the toilet. Also, the walls are thin as you can hear noises from the other room.

The hotel is located close to the metro station. The staff at the reception were very helpful and gave us all the necessary info. We stayed in a 2-twin bed room, room size was fine and the room was clean. They provided everything we needed in the room. They also provided free laundry facilities which were a gift for travelers like us. On top we got free expresso from the machine in the lounge.

酒店靠近地铁站。接待处的工作人员非常乐于助人，为我们提供了所有必要的信息。我们住的是两张单人床的房间，房间大小合适，房间很干净。他们在房间里提供了我们需要的一切。他们还提供免费的洗衣设施，这是送给像我们这样的旅行者的礼物。最重要的是，我们从休息室的机器里得到了免费的浓缩咖啡。

Overall, the location of the hotel is near to metro and walking distance can reach tourist area so you can save on transportation fee. The room is clean and it’s comfortable. The service of the staff can be improved as compared to other hotels I stay in China.

总的来说，酒店的位置靠近地铁，步行即可到达旅游区，可以节省交通费。房间很干净而且很舒服。与我在中国住过的其他酒店相比，工作人员的服务还有待提高。

Very near to metro station and walking streets, restaurants. Free coffee at the lobby. Very nice map for tourists to visit places. Special decor at lobby too. Room is clean. The only issue we had is the bathroom is without curtains although the glass material is blurred out.

非常靠近地铁站、步行街、餐馆。大堂提供免费咖啡。非常好的地图，供游客游览的地方。大堂的装饰也很特别。房间很干净。我们遇到的唯一问题是浴室没有窗帘，尽管玻璃材料模糊了。

飯店服務很好，櫃檯美女很親切，房蠻大，乾淨整齊，就在地鐵站附近，走路5分鐘就到，床頭還放張卡片特別提醒隔天的氣象溫度，真的很貼心，下此來蘇州還會再來住
