苏州苏哥利酒店

The location is great, and you are just a few minutes' walk from the pedestrian mall and the Charyuanchang metro station along line 4, which is also two stops from the main Suzhou railway station.||There are several eateries and shopping options nearby, or you can walk 30 minutes to the old Ping Jiang pedestrian walk next to the river.||The room was rather large, but also a little on the basic side. Our room on the 4th floor - in fact, the entire floor near the lift lobby - smelt of cigarette smoke, almost like a pub. Perhaps the fact that we were over the hotel's pub/nightclub was a factor.||The twin beds were comfortable, and there were ample power points, as well as a medium sized safe. The bathroom was an okay size, and water pressure was good. Wifi was rather bad, and we had some difficulty getting into the various apps. Some of the furniture needed repairs, such as the cupboard door to the safe deposit box.||Breakfast was pretty good, with a live noodle and wonton station, as well as a good array of options.

This hotel really knows how to take care of its guests and make them feel at home. The staff - from the front desk to the bar - were all accommodating and very hospitable. When I checked in, the staff membet upgraded my room to one that had a window. That was very a nice touch! The bartender was especially charming, and the food was great! As for the room, I got a bigger room, the bed was comfy, and hot water worked. The a**osphere was super chic with a Sino-French interior design. Finally, I had to check out very early at 6 am to catch the 7:15 am train back home, and the staff member not only welcomed me warmly at this ungodly hour, he was also a little angel by giving me a breakfast bag full of goodies! This hotel has the Midas Touch! Bravo! Well done! I'll definitely come here again when I'm in Suzhou.

房間很大也舒適。唯其他房間有煙味飄出，很難解決。地點就在觀前街出地鐵就可以到的步行街附近，距離平江路很近。推薦加上早餐住宿的選擇，早餐也不錯。值得。❤️

The hotel is situated very near the Chayuanchang Metro and the walking street. It's not far to the places of interest by train or bus. There are lots of shops and eateries around the hotel. The room was large and comfortable, except the room window cannot be opened out for fresh air. There was a small fan in the room to circulate the air. Breakfast spread was good and some of the dishes on the menu changes every day.

酒店距离茶园场地铁站和步行街都很近。乘坐火车或巴士前往名胜古迹并不远。酒店周围有很多商店和餐馆。房间很大很舒服，只是房间的窗户不能打开呼吸新鲜空气。房间里有一个小风扇，可以使空气流通。早餐很丰盛，菜单上的一些菜肴每天都会变化。

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed with this really affordable price. Not all of the staff can speak English but they are still very helpful. Some staff speak English very well. The room is clean and unexpectedly spacious. I would definitely stay in this hotel again when I come back to Suzhou.

I had a great stay at Hotel Soul with my parents. The location is amazing, right in the middle of the central area - everything is walkable! The decor is interesting, kind of Las Vegas design. The staff are friendly, professional and speak English well. My parents room had a faulty heater but the staff moved them to a bigger room nearby without any hassle. Very good value too - my room was huge! Bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Will stay again next time I’m in Suzhou!

This hotel is the located at the centre of everywhere, including hotspot, metro, eat & shop. The interior design is modern, spacious & cozy. The room & toilet are big, and the breakfast is good & just like 4 stars international hotel. Recommend for first timer to Suzhou

The place is very nice actually except for one big problem in my room. It was very HOT. Even with the fan/air conditioning on full blast it barely came out. The room was quite big too so over where the bed is at hardly gets any air. One would suffocate in the summer. Everything else though was very nice and pleasant.
