National Treasure Pury Hotel

I LOVE the zen vibes and decor of this hotel. The amenities from the book bar to the mini theatre were excellent and perfect for a relaxing chilled staycation. The hotel went above and beyond to take care of our needs and comfort. The hotel staff were all friendly and professional. We were extremely impressed by their attentiveness, especially by Hon, the chief concierge. He prepared water for us before a sightseeing trip and gave us good advice on which exit to get to, time spent etc. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good!! We love Cantonese food and even more so when it is done WELL. A fancy hotel is easy to come by if one pays for it but a great service that goes beyond your expectations is very hard to come by. Great value overall, comfortable, extremely relaxing and impressionable stay.

我喜欢这家酒店的禅宗氛围和装饰。从书吧到迷你剧院的设施都非常出色，非常适合放松身心的居家度假。酒店竭尽全力满足我们的需求和舒适度。酒店的工作人员都很友好而且专业。他们的细心给我们留下了深刻的印象，尤其是首席礼宾员Hon。他在观光旅行前为我们准备了水，并为我们提供了很好的建议，包括去哪个出口、花费的时间等。酒店的餐厅也非常好！我们喜欢粤菜，尤其是做得好的粤菜。如果你付钱就能住到一家豪华酒店很容易，但是超出你期望的优质服务却很难买到。总体来说物超所值，舒适，非常放松且印象深刻的住宿。

Certainly a 5 star hotel in every respect. Excellent generous breakfast daily, refreshments in room, dinner was of the highest standard. Rooms lavishly appointed. Mr Hon from the concierge is very helpful in English, Korean, Japanese and Chinese. All the staff were brilliant. A must stay for any international traveller. Alex from Sydney Australia.

The location is a trade-off – not in the city center but super convenient if you’re using the train station. The place is really clean, and the rooms are comfortable and well-furnished. Loved the cinema in the hotel – a nice surprise! The service is outstanding, and I want to give a shoutout to Xiaohan (小韩) for his exceptional care, especially towards the elderly in our group. He made the experience welcoming and informative. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re in Luoyang.

I had the pleasure of staying at Pury Hotel in Luoyang for 4 nights during my first business trip to the city. The experience was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Assistant Manager Emily, Mr. 韓洪一, and other staff members. Despite our inability to speak Mandarin or Putonghua, their warm smiles could break through all language barriers that made us feel right at home.The facilities at the hotel were impeccable. The room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The minibar was restocked every day, which made it unnecessary for us to purchase anything from the supermarket. The Western-style breakfast was fantastic, I think it is the best in this city, and the pickup service provided to the high-speed train station upon departure was a heart-warming gesture that made us feel like family.Without any hesitation, I would come back to stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable. I look forward to seeing you all soon.

Impeccable, the Pury Hotel （国宝铂瑞）is no doubt the best hotel in Luoyang. I was welcomed by the hotel not at the reception, but at the LongMen railway station, the moment I arrived at Luoyang. All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, but I must give special thanks to Madame Karen Zhang, the lobby manager, (张静 is her Chinese name). She went out of her way by changing telephone conversations with me in advance to make my trip smooth. I originally booked a two-bed business room for my stay. As she found out that I have some relatives coming to visit me, she upgraded me to a larger room, making it easier for us to sit around. The hotel restaurant is also very good. Well I did not dine anywhere else in Luoyang this time, I have a little doubt it must be one of the best ones around. The hotel facilities are quite modern and the rooms clean and comfortable.

无可挑剔，国宝铂瑞酒店无疑是洛阳最好的酒店。当我到达洛阳的那一刻，酒店就不是在前台而是在龙门火车站迎接我的。所有酒店工作人员都非常友好和乐于助人，但我必须特别感谢大堂经理张静女士（张静是她的中文名字）。为了让我的旅途顺利，她特意提前和我换了电话。我最初预订了一间两张床的商务房供我住宿。当她发现我有亲戚来看望我时，她给我升级了一个更大的房间，让我们更方便地坐在一起。酒店的餐厅也很好。好吧，这次我没有在洛阳的其他地方用餐，我有点怀疑它一定是周围最好的餐厅之一。酒店设施相当现代化，房间干净舒适。

Very good and polite service; room is so spacious and clean. The only inconvenience is the separation of the toilet room from the main bathroom. There is quite a few walking steps to go wash my hands after using the toilet. This is especially inconvenient during night waking hours. However, it is most considerate for you to provide with some snacks and drinks. I really enjoyed the Chinese tea, Jasmine especially.

服务很好很有礼貌；房间很宽敞而且干净。 唯一不方便的是卫生间和主浴室是分开的。 上完厕所后要走好几步才能洗手。 这在夜间醒来时尤其不方便。 不过给你提供一些零食和饮料是最贴心的。 我真的很喜欢中国茶，尤其是茉莉花茶。

设施：很舒適的套房卫生：乾淨环境：明亮，離高鐵站及龍門石窟很近，搭車10多分中左右可抵達。服务：服務ㄧ樓，尤其是禮賓部主管顏經理的服務很到位，離開時還派車送至高鐵。

Clean and quiet luxury hotel located in the center of Luoyang. Service and location are excellent and you'll pay a bit more as well but well worth it.

干净、安静的豪华酒店，位于洛阳市中心。服务和位置都非常好，你会多付一点钱，但非常值得。
