Courtyard by Marriott Luoyang

Our family of 4 stayed for 2 nights in two rooms. The hotel is very modern. We liked our rooms, even though they were of a smaller size. The breakfast was very good. We used taxi (5-10min ride) to move to the nearest shopping mall by a lake, which was very practical - a lot of food options & good shopping. The staff spoke English.

我们一家四口在两个房间住了两晚。酒店非常现代。我们喜欢我们的房间，尽管它们面积较小。早餐非常好。我们乘坐出租车（5-10分钟）去湖边最近的购物中心，这非常实用——有很多食物选择，购物也很好。工作人员会说英语。

善于倾听意见的酒店 我们住行政楼层 在行政酒廊用餐 有比较多辣的菜品 由于我们不能吃辣的 就跟行政酒廊的经理提了一下 第二天多了很多不辣的菜品 第三天同一位经理还专门过来询问菜品事宜，第二件事是有一天深夜接近12入住了比较吵的客人 酒店业马上处理了 我们走的时候前台还询问我们的入住情况 现在很多服务业听到意见第一反应是辩解和反驳 像万怡酒店这种为客人着想的酒店确实让客户放松 入住体验很好 总体隔音很好 菜品不错 服务优秀 卫生干净 中央冷气运行正常

Not many good choices in Luoyang. Courtyard by Marriott might alreay be one of the best hotel there. The hotel looks quite dated with also interior of the room need refurbishment. But the service was quite good and friendly staffs. Just that the location is quite far from all attractions and also no restaurant in walking distance. Despite all the short comings, we had enjoyed our stay there.

洛阳没有多少好的选择。万怡酒店可能已经是那里最好的酒店之一。酒店看起来很过时，房间内部也需要翻新。但服务非常好而且工作人员很友好。只是位置离所有景点都很远，而且步行距离内也没有餐厅。尽管有所有的缺点，我们还是很享受在那里的住宿。

各項感覺都很好，但是睡覺的時候或是在屋子裡會聽到窗戶有怪聲煙味處理應該要跟完善一點餐點很好吃

It’s easy to find. Hotel is quite new so not much smell. Recommend for business travellers.

很容易找到。酒店很新所以没有太多气味。推荐给商务旅客。

The hotel is difficult to book at a standard rate during the National Holiday, but the service from 小樊 is excellent. He tried his best to accommodate us and even upgraded our room the first night. We’re very grateful for 小樊 for making our over all experience better.

国庆期间酒店很难订到标准价格，但是小樊的服务非常好。他尽力满足我们的要求，甚至在第一晚升级了我们的房间。我们非常感谢小樊让我们的整体体验变得更好。

As a Platinum I was not upgraded to the suite but only the premium executive which is fine But the room has many issues 1) shower head splashing out and requires replacement 2) lights miraculously on at 6.50am daily 3) blinds also auto open at 9.30am daily 4) air conditioning can’t be adjusted and perpetually 29C (super hot) 5) they allow guests to smoke inside the hotel As a result they discounted my last night fare to 50% due to all the misfortunes for my room. They wanted to move me on the last day but what’s the point when I’m leaving early the following day Lounge was sufficient. But no whiskey for HH. Breakfast looks like alot of variety but barely any meat. Mostly flour, bread, noodle, veggie. False perception that it has good variety Staffs are generally all very nice and polite but just lacking the international standards training

作为白金卡，我没有升级到套房，只升级到高级行政房，这很好 但房间有很多问题 1) 淋浴头喷水，需要更换 2）每天早上 6.50 灯会奇迹般地亮起 3) 百叶窗也会在每天上午 9.30 自动打开 4）空调无法调节，永远29C（超级热） 5）他们允许客人在酒店内吸烟 结果，由于我的房间出了问题，他们把我昨晚的票价打了 50% 的折扣。他们想在最后一天让我搬家，但我第二天一早离开又有什么意义呢？ 休息室足够了。但 HH 没有威士忌。 早餐看起来种类很多，但几乎没有肉。主要是面粉、面包、面条、蔬菜。错误地认为它有很好的多样性 工作人员总体上都非常友善和有礼貌，但缺乏国际标准培训

房間一如品牌標誌，一樓酒廊設計擺設很大方，房間很乾淨，房務服務很親切
