Bad luck with Crown Plaza again||I must admit that I had no positive experience with almost any Crown Plaza I stayed in the past years, and this time Crown Plaza Zhengzhou in Henan province China really made me decide that I will not stay with any Crown Plaza again.||I was in Zhengzhou for a short stay to meet a potential business client, and Crown Plaza was located in the CBD where the client was. Some research on the net showed mixed experiences but overall no dramatically negative comments, and therefore I clicked to confirm my booking with reward points for one night.||Location was in the CBD vicinity and the premises looked it had its golden age passed long ago. Front desk staff was polite but not proactive nor attentive. During check-in process they had always been distracted by people jumping the queue with all sorts of funny questions and requests. Someone assigned to do the house keeping at front desk during peak hours would manage the situation much better.||The room was small but adequate for my purposes although the nostalgic deco was not to my taste. Flat panel TV but in smallish size. Primitive bath room consisted of a toilet bowl next to a bathtub which served also as a make-do shower booth with a plastic curtain. ||The room was unusually warm when I entered after check-in and I noticed that air condition was not functioning, but I didn’t deal with it because I had to rushed to the appointment and thought that it might work out fine when I was back. However my wish was not materialised and the air-conditioning was just not working at all. ||Checking with the front desk and I was told the air-conditioning was not activated because the weather just turned warm after a cold spell and it might cool down again in the evening! But it was 6:30 pm, and my room was like 30°C+ after a day’s sunlit without air-conditioning for cooling down. I was offered options to either keep the small 1/4 part of window open, or changed to another room also without functioning air conditioning. I declined the offers because 1) keeping the widow open would allow inflow of noise and unpleasant odour from the kitchens nearby 2) change to another room without functional air-conditioning would be waste efforts. ||So I decided to checked out after only a few hours of checking-in, without any refund of points or compensation. I didn’t mind that because I really wanted to get away from it, and moved to the InterContinental nearby.||This time, plus all past less than pleasant experiences with Crown Plaza in different cities in China and in Europe, I decided to take it out from my listing of preferred hotel accommodation.

皇冠假日酒店又倒霉了||我必须承认，我过去几年住过的几乎所有皇冠假日酒店都没有什么积极的体验，而这次中国河南省郑州皇冠假日酒店真的让我决定不再入住任何一家皇冠假日酒店。又是皇冠假日酒店。||我在郑州短暂停留，去见一个潜在的商务客户，皇冠假日酒店位于客户所在的CBD。网上的一些研究显示体验参差不齐，但总的来说没有明显的负面评论，因此我点击确认预订并使用奖励积分预订了一晚。||位置位于中央商务区附近，该房源看起来黄金时代早已过去了。前台工作人员很有礼貌，但不主动也不细心。在办理入住手续的过程中，他们总是被插队提出各种有趣问题和要求的人分散了注意力。在高峰时段安排专人在前台打扫房间会更好地处理这种情况。||房间虽小，但足以满足我的目的，尽管怀旧的装饰不合我的口味。平板电视，但尺寸较小。原始的浴室由浴缸旁边的马桶组成，浴缸也可作为带有塑料窗帘的临时淋浴间。 ||入住后房间异常温暖，发现空调坏了，但我没有处理，因为我要赶着去预约，心想等我去的时候可能会好起来。回来了。然而我的愿望没有实现，空调根本不工作。 ||向前台询问，被告知空调没有启动，因为天气刚刚转暖，晚上可能会再次降温！但当时是下午 6:30，经过一天的阳光照射，没有空调降温，我的房间温度约为 30°C+。我可以选择要么保持窗户的 1/4 小部分打开，要么换到另一个没有空调的房间。我拒绝了这些提议，因为 1) 保持寡妇开放会导致附近厨房的噪音和难闻的气味流入 2) 换到另一个没有空调的房间会浪费精力。 ||所以我决定只入住几个小时就退房，不退任何积分，也不补偿。我并不介意，因为我真的想远离它，于是搬到了附近的洲际酒店。||这一次，加上过去在中国和欧洲不同城市的皇冠假日酒店的所有不愉快的经历，我决定从我的首选酒店住宿列表中取出它。

非常滿意！suki的服务更令人滿意！早歺丰富精致，真不愧为五星级酒店！下次到郑州，还住这家酒店，並会为朋友和亲友强烈推荐！

房間乾淨整潔，房間空間略小了點，浴室比較舊式的設計沒有乾濕分離。房間內的空調只有暖氣沒有冷氣，入住的後面幾天回暖，室內空氣整個很悶。

Mama Mia Restuarant, Yesterday I participated in an event held in the restuarant in Crown Plaza, it was wonderful. The grand interior was so impressive, one of the oldest hotels in the city, I would love to stay in this hotel once.

妈妈咪呀餐厅， 昨天我参加了在皇冠假日酒店餐厅举行的活动，非常棒。宏伟的内部装饰令人印象深刻，是这座城市最古老的酒店之一，我很想在这家酒店住一次。

酒店服务特别好，地理位置也很棒，虽然是冬天，但进入大堂就感觉暖洋洋的。前台的服务很专业，客房服务响应也很快。以后有机会还会继续支持的。

酒店位置不错，交通便利，距离各个景点都不算远，有独立的院子非常好，停车在地面很方便，迎宾前台很有礼貌，会主动问好帮忙，前台还送了小点心，很惊喜，客房夜床服务也很棒👍🏻，早餐种类丰富，整体感觉很温馨舒服，还有圣诞唱诗班，氛围感满满

带着家人看网上评论选择了入住这家酒店，果然没有选错，酒店很大气，服务态度也特别好，早餐种类也不少，口味也挺合适的。总之很好的酒店。

酒店位置非常方便，周边也热闹。机场来回很顺，交通方便。服务很好，餐厅出品稳定，办事周边也很方便，特别适合出差。下次还住这里。
