包郵區服務扛把子！住到現在唯一可以和西子湖四季在服務上一拼的酒店！設計和藝術不用多說，食物也很可口，白水魚十分驚艷，而且餐廳服務生真的太太太機靈了！一百多間客房的獨立酒店團隊可以訓練成這樣，看得出來GM的管理能力著實很強。農場頗大，做得很乾淨，特别適合親子，不過適合成人的活動偏少，沒有小朋友的話，住兩天放鬆一下很棒，住多了可能有點無聊。各方面好評，等五月再去看花！

開始明明訂的是水景房，竟然给了一間一出陽台被整顆樹擋住的房間，看不到任何景觀，經過攜程交涉，才重新換了一間看到水景房的房間。酒店晚餐時，服務員不夠專業，包括：帶位置，也不知道要把客人帶到哪個位置上去做，讓客人站着等。房間床鋪太软，枕頭換了橋麥枕頭依然不舒服。只有酒店的環境景觀還可以，畢竟是設計酒店。

The Naera is a beautiful, modern and picturesque hotel. Stunning and reknown artists' works are located throughout the grounds, and even in the rooms which is a treat. The highlight was definitely visiting the adjacent farm - the kids immensely enjoyed picking vegetables and exploring the grounds. Vegetables grown on the farm are also featured in the main hotel restaurant-- I loved the farm to table idea and found the Chinese meal options to be quite good, especially the homegrown vegetables. ||||While the exterior was pleasant, there was definitely a lack of feeling of luxury in the hotel rooms. The rooms are nice and modern, but not luxurious. Service is distant and at times unavailable. I will say that Tina Xu, a diamond in the rough, who is.a server in the main restaurant, tended to my injured toddler for a good while, which redeemed the service mishaps that occurred during our stay. ||||All in all - we enjoyed the grounds, but for the exorbitant price ($500) was too high for the service level and lack of luxury in the rooms.

這酒店也太贊了，果然是設計師設計的酒店，設計感強，歺㕔好吃，服務員培訓要加強哈。价格有点高，一年只能住一次了。

出租車師傅說「你們住這個酒店很貴吧！」我「這個酒店讓我愛上西塘，我會再來」住了良壤，深深感覺到一個能妥善運用在地元素與藝術表現地方文化風情的偏遠酒店，是真的能讓人喜歡上這個小鎮。Thank you Neara
