百和天地酒店

这家酒店外形非常有特色，就像西班牙城堡一样。|酒店的房间也非常不错，设施很新，也保持得非常干净，床很软、很舒服，酒店非常安静，窗帘的遮光性也非常好，在这里的每一天早上都是被自己订的闹钟吵醒，这对我来说非常难得。|酒店的早餐虽然种类较少，但品质不错，味道也还可以。|唯一不大好的是酒店的位置，虽然其位于海宁的“富人区”，但周围除了几家比较高档的酒吧和餐厅外，其余什么娱乐设施都没有。

Chose the hotel because of its proximity to Lake Hills Golf Club in Haining (approx 20-30 mins away). New faux Spanish style hotel located in low rise southern part of Haining. Looks good while new, quality is decent but, as always with local 2nd / 3rd tier cities, service & maintenance is quite poor. Rooms spacious, big comfortable bed and well appointed but already getting dirty (particularly the carpets). Breakfast was quite poor and service non-existent. Front desk staff nice and helpful. (As of May 2012 there is a building site to the north - give it another 6 months before taking a north facing room. Nice low-rise Buildings a finished but still a little noisy in the morning.)

温馨的感觉，房间里面的装修布置感觉很舒服，房间的空间也比较大，浴室里面有浴缸里面也比较大，楼层也比较高感觉不压抑。它们的单人间比一般的酒店都大，里面的装修偏于地中海风格，房间里面很干净，茶几都是一尘不染的。服务做的也挺到位的，服务人员的态度很好这个很重要，比如说房间里面的电视机出了问题，打完电话之后服务人员马上就过来了。它们的位置比较偏，但是周边的环境很安静舒服，而且周边的绿化做的很好。

入住价格非常的实惠，因为它的大床房的门市价是五百，但三百多就可以住的，而且这的价格还包含免费的自助早餐，还有就是旁边的洗浴中心或任选一项是免费的，我觉得还是非常不错的，并且这的早餐做的也是非常的好的。因为这的客人入住率不是很高，所以这的早餐一般都是针对于不同的客人单独做的。而且这的地理位置也是比较不错，它就在我们这一个高档住宅区里面，并且离长途汽车站也是非常近的，走路也就是十分钟就可以到了。这的装修也是非常不错的，它从外面看是那种欧式的装修风格，里面是那种比较简约的，看起来非常的整洁，并且酒店看起来虽说不是很大，但是看上去就感觉比较高档，给人的感觉就有点像是一个五星级的酒店，虽说它还没有评上，但是在我们这来说还是比较不错的。而且它这的房间装修也是比较不错的，因为它的房间是分好多种风格的，可以针对于不同的客人进行选择，并且房间也是非常大，我感觉比家里面的那种大的卧室还要大的，卫生也是比较好的。

In my experience most Western/European style hotels in China are of the 5-star variety. And most other hotels are more 3-star China style hotels. This hotel actually hits the mid-tier 4 star level. Nice service and adequate rooms and some interesting architectural features- but slightly outdated bathrooms, small lobby and average food make it - well average. But what makes this hotel a place I will stay again and recommend for Westerners - a great line up of restaurants and even an authentic Australian pub/brew house right next door. Like the hotel - these restaurants aren't overrun by Westerners so you still get to experience local culture and people - both great.. On a final note - the price is right. Inexpensive by western standards.

绿化的很好，酒店是在一个一千亩多地高档小吃一排别墅的里面，所以环境特别安静，基本上晚上听不到什么声音。然后会有配备一个会所，游泳池这些配套设施也都挺好的。装修的欧式的风格我也比较喜欢，毕竟外面周边的建筑都是采用的欧式的风格，然后房子配套的圆形的拱门都能体现出来。令我不太满意就是前台的服务人员在礼仪方面有点欠规范，比如说在刷完卡之后递给我的时候，应该是双手递给我的，但是他们就不是。

I have stayed at this hotel many times...it is a "boutique" Chinese hotel. Small and in a great area. The room and bath are very comfortable and clean. The bed is really important for Westerners...it is not the standard cement-hard mattress. Down pillows and duvet are standard. TV has English speaking channels and 2 movie channels. There are 2 negatives:1) virtually no English is spoken, and 2) the breakfast food / restaurant is lousy. However the hotel is a good value for the room at under $70 USD / night. The hotel is in a nice area and within a 1 minute walk are 2 great restaurants, one authentic Italian and 1 Bar / Pub / Grill. There is free wifi in the room which is a must for business. Hotel has a large outdoor / pool area which is very nice...get a room on the 1st floor overlooking the pool, but all rooms are good.

Normally stay at the Royal Palace when on business in Haining. However, the location of this hotel is much more "western friendly" and is very close to Mediterranea - Good italialn restaruant with good pizza, ok pasta and excellent tiramisu. Hotel has a bit of a plantation feel...which is a much appreciated departure from the overwhelming stark, unfamiliar environment of Haining. ||||But there are some drawbacks...dig a little deeper beyond the warm inviting exterior, and the picture changes...the main hallway has marble floors and all hard surfaces which gives it the acoustic qualities the grand canyon....closing doors sound like friday night at a bowling alley...||||The room, though nicely appointed with high ceilings, comfortable mattress, good sheets and pillows....is yet another example of "China nice"....a perfect example is the bottom of the bathroom door...apparently, it had to be modified for proper clearance,and whoever sawed it off, did so incorrectly, so that the veneer ripped in 3" to 5" spikes along the bottom...it looks like an unhappy EKG readout or a failed lie detector test. Then there is the air conditioner....it has been on for 9 hours and the room is somehow half a degree warmer than when I arrived....which is no small feat, since the windows were open at arrival and it was +40 degrees outside....||But the biggest drawback is this strange smell in the room....at first I thought it smelled like fresh hay...but actually, it's more like sawdust...which is weird...China is an odd bouquet of smells...but sawdust...why would a hotel room smell like sawdust..and the windows be open.....(light bulb goes off)....of course, someone got sick in this room the night before, and they are trying to air it out....refreshing...||I could ask for another room....but I was unsuccessful getting a wakeup call...the 3 people I spoke to didn't speak a word of english...not even "thank you"....||Successful traveling in China is all about managing your expectations...Iphone's have alarms so stressing over a wake up call is a waste...the hallway is noisey..but only during the day...its 3 in the morning right now and I havent heard a sound in hours...and as for the smell and the weak air conditioner....you can't put a positive spin on everything...but the tiramisu at dinner was amazing...the kind of amazing that makes sweaty stinky rooms in Haining managable....
