Unable to use pool or gym as classes were taking place. As the fitness area is managed by a third party, potential guests should be informed in advance of times they are unable to use facilities. Personally, I would have booked a nearby hotel. Breakfast was good, however some food was not fresh.

上课时无法使用游泳池或健身房。由于健身区由第三方管理，因此应提前告知潜在客人无法使用设施的时间。就我个人而言，我会预订附近的酒店。早餐很好，但有些食物不新鲜。

早餐也很丰富，食材都很新鲜，面档的味道很赞。George非常热情，特别棒的一个小伙子。让我们都觉得很愉快的一次出行。觉得地下车库一直到酒店的电梯稍微有点点绕，因为有很多门是开着。所以感觉有点绕。

many thanks to the front desk manager Ms. SUN. She shows her professional service and friendly welcome everytime during my stay. The rooms are great and ready priot to my arrival. hotel has great location, downstairs is Wanda Plaza and 2 lines of subway, you got everything you need there.

第二次入住奥克斯皇冠了。服务依旧满分，前台听我说第二天要去千岛湖露营，还给了拖鞋和额外的洗漱包。晚餐体验了自助晚餐，热菜种类不是很多不过胜在味道不错，还是挺值的。回到房间已经开好了夜床，还有ihg的花瓣装饰，用心了

One of the best hotels we have stayed at! Such great service and the best pool we have been in for a long time. Great comfy beds and bathtub! They spoke to us so nicely and made us feel special as it was my husbands birthday they gave him a cake and gift and even gave our baby a gift too. Really good breakfast variety too

我们住过的最好的酒店之一！如此优质的服务和我们已经呆了很长时间的最好的泳池。非常舒适的床和浴缸！他们对我们说话非常友善，让我们感觉很特别，因为这是我丈夫的生日，他们给了他一个蛋糕和礼物，甚至还给了我们的宝宝一份礼物。早餐品种也确实不错

在地鐵站出口對面有商場，生活設施很方便，比較可惜的是離杭州主要的景點都有點距離，不過相對來說很安靜的地方

Free parking at B2-B1, location is great( close to the metro station and restaurants), hotel lobby and rooms smells amazing. Rooms are super tidy and modern. I love the breakfast area with natural light from the roof.

B2-B1免费停车，位置很棒（靠近地铁站和餐厅），酒店大堂和房间闻起来很香。房间非常整洁和现代。我喜欢早餐区，屋顶有自然光。
