酒店设施设备都很新，属于那种轻艺术的设计和装修风格，感觉非常有档次有内涵。服务也非常不错，虽然离杭州东站很近，但酒店房间都在9楼以上，隔音也很好，基本不受噪音影响，该有的都有，没毛病~

屋内设施非常新，床铺卫生间也很干净。非常难得地采取了干湿分离的设计，卫生间和浴室分开，非常方便。|早餐很不错，种类丰富，还有工作人员在一旁服务。|代客泊车的服务生也很热情，带着我们一路到停车的地方。

This was a great find. We had a room with a window overlooking the railway but the noise didn't bother me. Very friendly and helpful staff. Gym and laundrette on site. And the location - a very short walk to the East railway station and metro so perfect for travel. Plenty of food shops in the station and nearby. The room was fine and spacious. The only negative was the little safe in the room was not bolted down but we did not need to use it anyway.

Housekeeping did not really clean up the room. Coz the day I check in I already saw a pin on the floor the next day when I go out and come back I still saw the pin on the floor. They will only change the towel and top up the mineral water for you. Location ok not that really good , if you want to eat outside you have to walk about 15min. So is normal amount we pay can get better hotel.

Great location near Hangzhou East railway station, about 200m away, 5 minute walk. This hotel is not near the city center or any attractions. It's about a 30 minute taxi ride to West Lake. If you have an early train ride this is an amazing location. There is an actual non-smoking floor (floor 10) where the rooms are truly smoke-free. Comfortable bed and nice white linens. Excellent rainfall shower. The staff don't speak much English but it wasn't a big deal as we were given a map and check-in and check-out was simple.

The hotel is clean, neat and modern. Its location is very near to Hangzhou East Railway and Metro station (est. 5 to 10 mins walk), and the path taken to the train station is sheltered as you can walk through the underground carpark. Beneficial during rainy days. There are also many eateries nearby the hotel.||Our room is quite spacious for two. The bed is comfortable and the toilet area is separated (shower vs toilet bowl vs basin area), so one can shower while the other person can use the toilet bowl with ease.||The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a good stay.||Note: We have difficulty finding the hotel after we came out from the train station. It is easier to go to the hotel via B1 (station) and walk to the underground carpark, locate elevator 8 to see the hotel lift.

This hotel is conveniently located next to the large Hangzhou East train station which houses the adjoining metro and a bus terminus. Taxis are of course waiting outside. The metro takes you to the Xihu tourist area in 25 minutes.|| This is a place where there is less bustle and if not for the shops at the train station, this hotel would be quite isolated!|| So there are eateries at the station, some open all the way past midnight and opening very early. Some are foreign chains, many cater to local tastes. There are souvenir snack shops as well, all in a spacious uncrowded environment. || Rooms are nice and big for their price point. The fittings are clean and new as are the other facilities. A hotel breakfast is available but the station offers much more variety. || But a slight inconvenience is the sidewalk that leads to the train station being uncovered and you are exposed to the elements, albeit for a short while!|| A tip for getting here: if you ask for directions, do use the Chinese name jin3 jiang1 tou1 cheng2 jiu3 dian4.

Ich wollte eine Nacht nur bleiben und kam in Hangzhou East Railway Station am Nachmittag an. Hotel war direkt daneben und sehr leicht zu finden. Gut angebunden an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Sehr sauber und ausgerüstet mit Föm, Zahnbürste, Shampoo, Creme, usw. Gut möbliert. Am nächsten Tag konnte ich das maximalste aus dem Tag holen und mein Gepäck an der Rezeption lassen. Die Abfahrt mit dem Zug war dann problemlos. Sehr zu empfehlen!

本想只住一晚，下午就到了杭州火车东站。酒店就在旁边，很容易找到。公共交通便利。很干净，配备了吹风机、牙刷、洗发水、面霜等，家具齐全。第二天我可以充分利用这一天并将行李寄存在接待处。乘火车出发没有问题。强烈推荐！
