Chinese business class hotel located in the suburbs of Hangzhou. Front desk had limited English skill, make sure to have your translator readily available. The breakfast was readily daily promptly at 6am. "American Coffee" (espresso) was available via a keureg. The building houses several hotels and this one occupies several floors in the middle. My room had a king size bed with 6 pillows, which was very comfortable. The bathroom and room were very clean. The air conditioner was not working properly but the window was able to be opened which helped at night. The room is non-smoking, however I think neighboring rooms were smoking beside the window. Did not eat around the hotel, mainly took a quick ride down to the Shangshacun district where the malls had a large selection of restaurants.
