杭州香格里拉饭店

The hotel is in an amazing location, just next to the West Lake. The breakfast was good enough for foreign guests as well. They were so kind that they gave a birthday cake for my wife because coincidentally my wife's birthday was in the same day we arrived to the Hotel.

酒店地理位置优越，就在西湖旁边。早餐对于外国客人来说也足够了。他们非常友善，为我妻子准备了生日蛋糕，因为巧合的是，我妻子的生日是在我们到达酒店的同一天。

This hotel was completely underwhelming, it absolutely did not meet my expectations of a Shangri-la hotel. The rooms are incredibly outdated, with old fabric, and the toilet is very bad. They did not provide any hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, and we had to call the front desk to send some to our room. I really was disappointed with the state of this hotel, did not meet the reputation of Shangri-La. This hotel could be more compared with a motel honestly…The staff were okay, and breakfast buffet was splendid. There were also 2 cute birds in their cages on the first floor, they were really adorable. Other than that, I didn’t like this hotel, I don’t think I would EVER come back.

这家酒店完全没有给人留下深刻的印象，完全没有达到我对香格里拉酒店的期望。房间非常过时，布料很旧，厕所也很糟糕。他们不提供任何洗手液、洗发水、护发素、沐浴露，我们不得不打电话给前台送一些到我们的房间。我真的对这家酒店的状态很失望，不符合香格里拉的声誉。老实说，这家酒店与汽车旅馆相比还可以……工作人员很好，自助早餐也很棒。一楼的笼子里还有两只可爱的小鸟，非常可爱。除此之外，我不喜欢这家酒店，我想我永远不会回来。

The hotel is located at the very beautiful part of the West Lake, making it easier to walk round the lake. However, the amenities are quite dated and the service is certainly far from the expected standard. The breakfast was pretty average. I certainly will opt for more modern hotel to stay in Hangzhou in the future.

Strategically located besides West Lake, the staff more than make up for the old rustic experience. It has the grandeur of an old palace but in a very good way. ||Its my choice hotel despite the many choices in Hangzhou. breakfast is great and rooms are comfy.

本來想选新新飯店，它的餐廳在裝修，就选了同在北山路的香格里拉，出行很方便，隔开马路就是苏堤，散步，拍照，停車很方便，服务也好。

Stayed here in 2014 for a conference and it's a huge, beautiful, well-maintained, old hotel building facing the gorgeous West Lake. The front desk is very courteous and room is also very good though staff English communication is pretty weak. The views from the lake facing rooms are amongst the most beautiful in the world.

早餐非常豐富，也加入不少杭州特色美食，讓我們足不出也可欣赏到！服務是我住過的酒店中數一數二的。員工大多願意为客人多想一步，多做一步！笑容也很好後花園的動物園區和大堂的了哥也含我们留下深象

Excellent concierge who directed us to dinner restaurants and purchase night performance tickets. Excellent breakfast. Nothing much else available which wasn’t what I anticipated from the website description.
