Pros- near to city centre. Nice breakfast. Friendly staffs. Comfortable bed. Amenities fully provided Cons- Old but clean toilet. Maintenance needed. Can be Noisy at night.

This review is wholly motivated by the incredible service I received from Hannah Pen and Sophia at Marina Cafe. Hannah and Sophia were so helpful and went above and beyond despite the language barrier. And they would not accept a tip, to me that means they weren't motivated to be nice for a tip. Thank you guys.

I’m Australian and based on what I’ve seen from the Chinese people has been very different to what we are told in Australia. good location situate in city center, spacious room with stunning view of river, large balcony,Swimming pool is large as a city hotel, different types of restaurant, we try Chinese restaurant and bar, not impressed but ok. Impressed room decoration (picture shown), high CP, recommended

酒店位置很好，前台接待grey服务热情周到，酒店泳池很大，房间整洁，每次都面带笑容，非常有礼貌。父母和我这次住的非常开心，再加上酒店的地理位置优越。父母一直在说我这次选的这家市里的酒店非常好。下次来肯定还会入住次酒店。这是本人的真实感受。因为好久没有遇到这种感受了所以写的有点多😃

Crowne plaza with a 3 star hotel rating. Please don't expect anything special as there were many issues. First this is outdated hotel with low amenities. The bathroom mirrors have rusting and the lamps are old. The TV is outdated and remote doesn't work properly. The fan doesn't work and there was rusty smell in the room. Staff can't speak English, but they tried their best. Breakfast was very old fashioned with less options. Salad was smelly and there is very less Western options. Even the Chinese dumplings and dough bread was outdated. I felt it was recycled from previous day. There is construction going on and you can hear the sound even in the early morning hours. Please update and renovate. Amenities are low standard. I have never thought of this hotel brand being degraded. only plus point is that it is in the downtown area with lots of connection options.

皇冠假日酒店为三星级酒店。请不要期待有什么特别的事情，因为存在很多问题。首先，这是一家过时的酒店，设施简陋。浴室的镜子生锈了，灯也很旧。电视已经过时，遥控器无法正常工作。风扇不转，房间里有铁锈味。工作人员不会说英语，但他们尽力了。早餐很老式，选择较少。沙拉很臭而且西餐的选择也很少。就连中国的饺子和面团也已经过时了。我感觉它是前一天回收的。那里正在进行施工，即使在清晨你也能听到声音。请更新和翻新。设施标准低。我从来没有想过这个酒店品牌会被降级。唯一的优点是它位于市中心，有很多交通选择。

酒店地理位置很好，环境布局很好，服务到位贴心，还有去免税店的接送巴士。早餐也好吃。入住体验舒适，愿意给每位来三亚的客人推荐。

Huge hotel, rooms are large, very clean and helpful staff, It was very busy because it was close to Chinese new year. We stayed for 3 nights end January 24, good location. I would not hesitate staying again.
