第一次来三亚文华东方，被酒店一步一景的建筑风格所深深震撼，安排的高楼层海景房视野也特别好。特别要感谢管家Donna小姐姐，在我们刚入住时便热情的接待我们，给我们讲解酒店的人文与风格，贴心的询问我们的需要，还给我们送来了可口的小点心，体验感简直拉满了！谢谢Donna小姐姐，谢谢文华东方酒店提供的宾至如归的服务，下次还会再来！

The resort is amazing! Big shout out to Mihai who was exceptional and made us feel right at home. Fiona is a delightful young lady always attending to our needs and so did Danny always smiling! Our villa was superb, exceeding all expectations. Breakfast was awesome.The facilities and amenities are fabulous. We enjoyed the swimming pools and it was nice having an activity center for our 3 year old grand child who had a lot of fun there.

带着小朋友来三亚，选择了离海最近的房型，白天步行一分钟就能到达沙滩，晚上是听着海浪入睡。刚入住就收到了来自Donna管家的热情招待，遇到问题都能及时的处理，没有完美的旅行，但是Donna为我们的旅行增添了很多温暖。

My wife and I have just returned from a long weekend stay at the Mandarin Oriental Sanya. We both enjoyed the trip although I have to note that we were mildly disappointed that some of the restaurants and other facilities were closed for renovation, and we were also disappointed that we could not participate in activities such as snorkelling due to safety concerns.||However we really enjoyed the pool facilities and also had a very memorable beachfront dinner at the seafood BBQ buffet. We also had a very nice massage at the spa which was very relaxing.||I want to commend the service provided by every Mandarin Oriental staff member that we encountered, from the hotel check in team at reception, the spa therapists, the waiters and the buggy drivers.||I particularly want to thank Chloe, who served us at the MO Blues bar and went above and beyond to take some really lovely photos for us. I also want to thank Jessica at the hotel reception who gave us some great advice on visiting nearby malls and night markets.

Owen的服务简直无可挑剔！从我们踏入酒店的那一刻起，他就以热情洋溢的笑容和贴心周到的关怀迎接我们。无论是耐心解答我们的各种问题，还是迅速满足我们的每一个需求，他都做得极其出色。

Only good thing is your park. Everything else is awful, buffet is the worst of the kind. TASTE VERY BAD!!! Do not cook if your chef never cooked before! Service is vary bad in this price range. employees feel like training from different programs. 服务甚烂，账单居然还能搞错，账单错了还居然不是第一要务，至今未解决！震惊！！！(WRONG BILL NOT SOLVED AFTER 3 DAYS)

Amazing stay as member of Fans! Stayed here one night two days ago and already wanted to book another stay coming back. Mihai helped me a lot during my whole stay including check in and check out. He also helped me book the spa and dinner. He is very energetic and one of the kindest person I’ve ever seen. The service makes this trip to another level instead of a regular staycation. Hotel is near the city but very quiet, coral bay has one of the finest ocean in Sanya. Fresh restaurant has very nice ocean view and a great place for dinner. Everyone in this hotel is so nice and the pool is very beautiful. Quite gem located in Sanya overall and I would like to recommend it to everyone.
