The room was clean, comfortable and beautiful. The air conditioning however did not work well and when I asked it to be be fixed they told me it had been repaired but it still did not work. The hotel itself self was good and staff were friendly, but service was slow. When we ordered some snacks and a drink it took 40+ minutes to come. Breakfast was great. The location is good as it’s just across the road from the Beach. Great stay if you’re looking to just chill out and relax.

We loved our week at the resort. Check in was a little awkward and slow as there was no English spoken, but Bill kindly gave his WeChat account so we could be in touch as our room was not quite ready as we were early, that then enables us to ask any questions we had during the week and he was very helpful . We booked our complementary floating afternoon tea and we fell in love with the villa. It did say sea view and you could see it but not much, still beautiful. The pool was super clean and the daily cleaners were polite and helpful. They kept us tipped up with plenty of water bottles, tea bags… there are plenty of shuttle carts to take you up and down from your villa/room to the lobby…. The big communal pool was great for young children but for me the service by the pool was poor . We had to wait a long time for service and then food took a very long time to come over to us. Room service was good and I ordered laundry service too which was reliable. Breakfast was amazing with plenty to choose from. The beach is close too which was lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others .

我们很喜欢在度假村度过的一周。办理入住手续有点尴尬和缓慢，因为没有人说英语，但比尔好心地给了他的微信帐户，这样我们就可以保持联系，因为我们来得早，房间还没有准备好，这样我们就可以提出任何问题在这一周里，他非常乐于助人。我们预订了免费的浮动下午茶，我们爱上了这座别墅。上面确实写着海景，你可以看到它，但不多，但仍然很漂亮。游泳池超级干净，每天的清洁工很有礼貌，乐于助人。他们给我们提供了充足的水瓶、茶包……还有很多穿梭车可以带您从别墅/房间到大堂上下……。大型公共游泳池非常适合年幼的孩子，但对我来说，泳池边的服务很差。我们不得不等待很长时间才能获得服务，然后食物花了很长时间才送到我们面前。 客房服务很好，我还订了洗衣服务，很可靠。早餐很棒有很多选择。海滩也很近，很可爱。我肯定会向其他人推荐这家酒店。

酒樓服務好好，到達後免費給我們升級，房間位置很好，望到入湖景，又寧靜。酒店還免費提供小朋友浴袍，清潔用品。餐廳還有個個魚缸，天天以看著魚食早餐，這也是我會訂這間酒店原因之一，再者酒店位置相當不錯，對面已是商店超市，隔壁還有夜市，離海灘也不遠。

The hotel staff is super friendly and very helpful. We had a very great time and we had good trea**ent here. We really enjoyed our stay and this beautiful hotel. It has beautiful rooms and they are always open to providing any needs. ❤️❤️

亞龍灣迎賓館，我們訂的是泳池房，一出露台就可以讓小孩子們游水，大人真的是很省心，隨時隨地10分方便，另外也有歡迎果盤給我們，逗得小孩很高興，而且還送了我兩個小孩貝殼頸鏈作為紀念。真的非常感謝管家小雷（推薦各位有興趣訂房的遊客也可以找她，我們準備去西島趕海，小雷還安排了車子給我們到達目的地，司機也會跟我們聊聊天，分享一些值得遊玩的地方；忘記了師傅大哥的名字也在這裏上表揚她，而且離開了酒店後她也會關心我們玩得怎樣，迎賓館性價比真的是很可以，主打一個方便☺️☺️

Check in and check out was super efficient and speedy. The dinner buffet and tepanyaki restaurants were both excellent; food and service. Breakfast buffet was a little frenetic but service staff were very good. The room was spacious even though more attention to detail could have been spent ensuring the room was a bit cleaner. Facilities are good, our son loved the kids club. The pool needs a refurb and although ok did affect the overall aesthetic. Location is excellent, close to many restaurants and the beach.

入住和退房都非常高效和迅速。自助晚餐和铁板烧餐厅都很棒。食物和服务。自助早餐有点疯狂，但服务人员非常好。房间很宽敞，尽管可以更多地关注细节以确保房间更干净一些。设施很好，我们的儿子很喜欢儿童俱乐部。游泳池需要翻新，虽然还可以，但确实影响了整体美观。位置优越，靠近许多餐馆和海滩。

位於海南三亞亞龍灣的本地品牌度假村，各房間的中央天井處是一個很大的泳池，很有特色。酒店的大堂是沒有冷氣的，房間有冷氣。

This is hotel is very family friendly. The pool is clean and the location is a short walk to the beach. The room was clean and the buffet breakfast was good.

这家酒店非常适合家庭入住。游泳池很干净，位置距离海滩仅几步之遥。房间很干净，自助早餐也不错。
