三亚荷泰海景酒店

This place gets a 1 star for me - because it’s a 1 star hotel. The staff were very nice but 0 English (as expected). The hotel was old and disgusting. The air conditioner worked fantastic but had horrible noises coming from the vents. It sounded like there was water gushing inside the entire time. The room was ugly and old and really made me not want to be there - everything about the hotel felt that way. Construction started across the street at 7 am which was ridiculous, especially because I was not aware there was construction - there was nothing on their website. It was also during autumn festival, so I was shocked. I didn’t sleep at all. Location is 100 feet from the beach which was nice. But the beach isn’t private. The towels felt thin and eh. Not worth the money paid. I wouldn’t even pay $15 a night to stay here again.

The hotel was really awesome. Location is very close to the Dadonghai beach where all the cool restaurants are. The room was always kept clean and tidy by the menagment. All the biggest praises for this hotel, expect for the breakfast which was topical Chinese.

Undoubtadly the best thing about this hotel is the location - literally 30 seconds from the beach! The hotel has a realxed atmosphere and the staff are friendly. Hainan is mainly host to Chinese and Russain tourists, so the English spoken (if any) by the staff is very limited, but they will always do their best to help you out - we found drawing pictures useful!||||The rooms are large and clean. The main problem with this hotel is noise - (for the majority of our stay we were in the 'Garden View' room) there seems to be relentless banging from the numerous constructions which are going up everywhere. For our last night we had a deluxe 'Sea view' (manificent view over Dodhonghi Bay) room due to the fact we needed to stay an extra night and we couldn't have our original room. At night the resturants / bars along the Boardwalk pump out the music, so it makes it hard to sleep.||||Breakfast is buffet style, serving western (ish) and Chinese food - it's tasty and filling and sets you up well for a good, long day at the beach.

The hotel location is excellent, just 20 meters from the beach and from all the little restaurants and bars on the beach. Our room was very big and with a beautiful sea view. |The staff was very nice and helpful but cannot speak a word of English. Considering that the hotel is a 4-star hotel the room was not always properly cleaned in the morning and they never changed the bed sheets and the towels in one week. |Breakfast was good. |

This hotel located 3 steps from one the most lively beaches in Sanya, Hainan is a tremendous value. Large rooms, clean and comfortable. The 1st floor all day dining restaurant has the best drinks I found anywhere within a close proximity and the Pizza was excellent. Super location representing the best value beachfront hotel in Dadonghai Beach, Sanya. Highly recommended for families and couples. We felt very safe in Hainan. Safe travel these days is a real concern and Hainan represents a safe travel destination from what we experienced. All good.

太差了，感觉就不是一个四星级的酒店，我也不知道是不是三亚的星级就是那么低。他家有一个全无敌海景房，当时在网上看了一个就订了，住了以后感觉特别的不好。他那个房间其实是在顶楼的，而且他的那个宣传的图片跟那个房间让人看着不是很舒服。那是他们那最贵的一个房间，我们住了两晚，感觉不好，而且他的浴缸都坏了。就是希望大家看到以后不要再去住了，再花那个冤枉钱再去住那个无敌海景房，他那个海景房真不咋地。他那个图片上看好像那个房就是在海边上，其实他离着海还远呢，还隔着条马路呢，只是在楼顶层。四星级的酒店，最贵的房间真是不怎么好。他们没有餐厅，他只有一个吃早餐的地方，早餐也是很普通，就是西式的早餐，也是很好吃，而且种类也不丰富。服务还可以。

The location fit my needs but I asked for a non smoking room and there were ash trays faint odor of cigarettes more cigarettes odor once you turn the air conditioner on. That smell bothers my allergies so I ended up checking out early. In China I find it almost impossible to get a non smoker room why is that? Such a nasty habit and everyone know it’s causes cancer and strokes not to mention bad breath
