I had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel, where the service was exceptional. I do wish there was a resort bar by the beautiful beach though, the resort ending before the beach feels like such a waste. I extend my sincerest gratitude to the hotel manager and especially to Vicky, one of the staff members. As a non-local in China, I faced difficulties using WeChat for payments due to the absence of a Chinese bank card. However, the staff went the extra mile to help me out. Vicky accompanied me to dinner so I could experience the local cuisine, took me to the beach, and introduced me to the vibrant street food scene. Even on her day off, she made sure to recommend a fantastic dining spot and arranged transportation for me. On my last day, there was a miscommunication with my prearranged transport, but Vicky ensured I had breakfast and promptly organized alternative transportation to the train station. I am deeply grateful to Vicky and the entire hotel staff for their commitment to making my stay truly memorable!
