Length of stay: 1 night Cleanliness: 8/10 Breakfast:6.5/10 Service:4/10 Amenities: 2/10 The service staffs are friendly but their service so so. We called to front desk requested an iron at about 5.40am, the front desk asked me why I need iron, I told her I need to iron my clothe, what a funny question from her. Then she said she not sure if they have the iron, saying need to check with her manager, and told me If they have the iron, they can only send to me after 7am. I’m ok with that. Then about 7am I go to the front desk and asked again, the lady said they have only ONE iron, a hotel claimed 4 stars but only one iron?? And the iron is currently using by another customer, who stay near to us, ask us to get the iron by ourselves. Although the next door customer is under same tour group with us, but the main point is, they never do their job properly. I think hotel management need a lots of improvement on this, and one hotel only have one iron is ridiculous.

住宿时间：1晚 清洁度：8/10 早餐：6.5/10 服务：4/10 设施：2/10 服务人员很友好，但他们的服务一般般。我们早上5.40左右打电话给前台要一个熨斗，前台问我为什么需要熨斗，我告诉她我需要熨烫我的衣服，她问了一个多么有趣的问题。 然后她说她不确定他们是否有熨斗，说需要与她的经理核实，并告诉我如果他们有熨斗，他们只能在早上7点之后发送给我。我对此表示同意。 然后早上7点左右我去前台再次询问，那位女士说他们只有一个熨斗，一家酒店声称是四星级但只有一个熨斗？而熨斗目前正被另一位顾客使用，他就住在我们附近，要求我们自己去拿熨斗。虽然隔壁的顾客和我们是同一个旅行团，但最重要的是，他们从来没有做好自己的工作。我认为酒店管理在这方面需要很大的改进，而一家酒店只有一个熨斗是荒谬的。

I left my air-pod pro in the room 811 yesterday (04/May), the tour-guide called to hotel for help but they said it was not in.

昨天（5月4日）我把air-pod pro忘在811房间了，导游打电话给酒店求助，但他们说不在。

Fairly modern decor, comfy except for AC/heat control unit difficult to adjust.

装饰相当现代，舒适，除了空调/热控制单元难以调节。
