Remembering this is a budget hotel. this was a great Hotel for the price. Authentic Chinese style with a wide balcony leading to the rooms. The king suite had a separate bedroom, lounge and bathroom. All were good sized rooms. They were neat and clean and the aircon worked well. We had the previous hotel ring and arrange a pickup from the train station which was free. The hotel is right in the heart of town, with easy access to public transport to take you to Forrest Park and Mt Tianmenshan. Staff spoke enough English to give us directions and prices etc. ||There is a large supermarket 100 metres from the hotel, underground at the main entrance to the walking only street which it is on. A back lane that taxi's can get up with your luggage. The area has lots of choices for shopping, dining out, bakeries and fast food. Very pleased with our choice.||The hotel's name on the front door if you are trying to find it is "Bajie hill inn hostel".

It is located in the center of ChangJiaJie. The room is spacious and clean. Staff is helpful. They provide free guide of ChangJiaJie Forest Park at night. It is very easy to find eating place. However, this hotel is a little bit far away from the train station and bus station. It is impossible to walk there. You can take Bus No. 6 for the price of RMB2 or take the taxi (not more than RMB8).

во-первых отель предоставляет бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта, к сожалению встречающего мы не обнаружили из-за очень маленькой таблички.Добрались на бесплатном автобусе до другого отеля, откуда служащий позвонил в Bajie Ren Wen Hotel, и за нами приехали. Отличные номера, просторные и чистые, хорошие большие кровати с удобными матрасами. На ресепшене только одна девушка хорошо говорила по-английски , но она действительно нам во многом помогла. Также в отеле купили билеты на фуникулер до горы Тяньмэнь , причем дешевле, чем в кассе, еще и водитель довез нас, все отдал и фактически за руку проводил. Из минусов- находящиеся рядом рестораны не понравились. Из плюсов- рядом универмаг и куча баров

This is at least a hotel with towels provided but no 1 time toiletries. Bed is good and I booked a room with a balcony which is useless. View to the back of residential apartment and you don't even use it so it is better to just pay for a normal room. Location of the hotel is ok but if I know I will book somewhere near the train station. To get to the Tianmen Mountains you have to take a taxi to and fro or bus which cost time and money. Hotel helped me to book a private car to Fenghuang which is much appreciated.

Мы останавливались в этом отеле специально когда приезжали в Жанжаже (так местные называют Чжаньцзацзе), в национальный парк, по мотивам которого делали горы Алилуя в Аватаре, и на гору Тианьмэнь. Все очень комфортно, большой, чистый номер, кондиционер, балкон. В отеле тихо, несмотря на центр города. Персонал встречал нас в аэропорту на микроавтобусе. Нашлась девочка на ресепшине, которая на английском ответила на все мои вопросы по парку. ||Лучшее предложение по цена-качество в Жанжаже. Бронировать лучше через сайт агода.ком или трипадвайзор.

This is also where BAJIE YOUTH HOSTEL is!!! On the third floor! You can book a bed at their hostel location in the Zhangjiajie park. Very friendly people. 45 RMB for a bed at this location and 60 Rmb for a bed at the location inside the park. The dorm rooms are equipped with their own bathrooms

We agreed that this was a nice little hotel for the price. Our family suite was enormous with three rooms (sitting room, 2 bedrooms) and bathroom. However, two big drawbacks: the bathroom did not have a Western toilet, and the walls/windows were so thin that we went to sleep listening to bad karaoke blasting through the night, woke up in the middle of the night due to people yelling in the alley, and woke up at 6:30am to people, again, yelling across the street. When we went outside we saw it was a bunch of old ladies congregating across the street speaking loudly. |It's hard to find and it's easier to walk up from the main street. We enjoyed a restaurant across the street and had breakfast at the little coffee shop a few doors down. We arranged the night before with the coffee shop owner who was so friendly. |We didn't need any help with our trip as we had a guide but we saw the staff helping lots of other guests. The staff was incredibly friendly.

The hotel have a name as "Bajie hill inn hostel".||It's on city center of Zhangjiajie that a lot of shops , supermarket and restaurant.||The hotel is classic Chinese style and friendly staffs.||You can buy discount ticket in hotel as Tianmenshan ticket or Fairly fox show.

酒店名为“八戒山客栈”。||位于张家界市中心，有很多商店、超市和餐厅。||酒店是古典中式风格，员工友善。||可以购买折扣票。在酒店如天门山门票或仙狐表演。
