Lovely hotel in a good location. Staff are very helpful and some are fluent in English. The bedrooms are large, with WIFI and a desk as this hotel caters for people in the business community. The bathroom is typical of those in the North East and has a glass pane looking directly into the bathroom from the bedroom.||||Breakfast is included and is well worth it, with a choice of both Chinese and English cuisine. The staff are extremely friendly and were interested in our visit to Shenyang||||It offered extremely good value for money.

可爱的酒店，位置优越。 工作人员非常乐于助人，有些人能说流利的英语。 卧室很大，配有无线网络和书桌，因为这家酒店适合商务人士。 浴室是典型的东北风格，有一块玻璃板，从卧室可以直接看到浴室。||||包含早餐，非常值得，有中式和英式菜肴可供选择。 工作人员非常友好，对我们的沉阳之行很感兴趣||||这里物超所值。

I stayed in this place on 2 occasions last week for a conference organised by our company...as i live in Shenyang i did not actually sleep in the hotel, but had a chance to look at the rooms and the conference facility....well, rooms are indeed huge and well appointed. with mini fridge and a safe...as other said here: rooms are too hot and no way to turn it down even with windows open. No wifi in the hotel is a big miss and would not stay here becuase of the lack of it.Conference facilities are nice, but service staff slow and looking like they really do not want to be there....sleeping behind your desk is not a good sign....food was reasonable, but having 2 banquets you might assume that there is a bit more creativity in food choice.....the meatballs that were not eaten were found back in the soup the next day....and then: why use your maintenance staff ( you know, the guys who make repairs in their blue working outfit) to bring food into the banquet hall.....cannot afford enough decently clothed waiters?

This hotel used to have name Lexington. You still can find it on particular design elements. Although quality has been changed. Rooms are getting older. Towels look like being used for years. Breakfast service is so so, food is not replenished timely. Staff can speak English, but hard to even get taxi with them. Advantages is quite big rooms and bathroom, location of hotel is suitable for foreigners- a lot of places to spend time around.

We stayed in Shenyang for 6 days and this hotel was close to our son's apartment. We had a junior suite, which was very large. A large living area consisted of a sofa and two chairs and of course the TV which was a flat screen. The living are also had a mini bar which was not included with the exception of the coffee/ tea. The bedroom was huge and also had a small office area, desk and chair. I did ask for wi-fi in the room and that request was accommodated. The bed was comfortable and there was a chair, TV, and safe in the bedroom. There is no privacy between the bedroom and living area; it is an open area. The safe can be cranky and is a bit cumbersome to use. You have to push a button behind the door, enter the code, then enter the code again. The safes need to be replaced and updated. There are shelves in the bedroom. I would have preferred a closet in the bedroom for convenience. The closet (small) was located just inside the entry door. The bathroom is very large, huge soaking tub ( bring your bubble bath) and the shower is wonderful. There is the usual amenities: blow dryer, mirror attached to the wall for make-up/ shaving purposes and sewing kit, bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. there are also two bottles of water for which use to brush your teeth. You are provided a pair of slippers every day. The hotel was quiet, very clean and restful.||||The breakfast buffet was very good and have they had so many wonderful choices. American style choices, Asian choices and even some European meat/ cheese choices. Of course, there are also made to order items. I wish the coffee would have been better and the juice was a wee bit watered down. You will not go hungry!||||Like another reviewer, I was dismayed that a soon as you enter the hotel lobby you are overcome with the overwhelming smell of smoke due to no restrictions anywhere with regard to smoking which is very common in China. I felt like I was visiting Las Vegas back in the day. The lobby is adjoined by a lounge which would have been nice place to relax,but the smoke was too much. ||||The location is excellent, close to the subway (which we took to Imperial City) and is a few steps away from the mall, which has excellent choices for food and also has a great grocery store.||||The staff at the Lexington were very nice and accommodating and I appreciate all the hard work they did to make our stay pleasurable.||||I would return to the Lexington again on my next trip as the price and location were worth putting up with the incessant smoke. I will say that for all the smoking going on in the hotel, our room did not smell smokey, nor were we annoyed by smoke wafting into our room.

酒店去年还叫华府天地莱星顿呢，现在叫华府酒店了。大堂就在华府天地的1层。酒店离沈阳北站很近，附近有大超市家乐福。华府天地里边很多餐馆，总的来说，位置不错，很方便。||酒店房间比较大，宽敞。但设施略微陈旧了。有线上网速度不错，但无线我始终也没上去。卫生间也很大，洗澡水流很不错。早餐还算种类多，而且6点就开始供应。||总体来说，商务出差住这里还是比较方便。

Rich Gate hotel is former as Lexington Rich Gate, hotel located in the heart of Shenyang City. City of Industrial and up to date population. Nearby supermarket., bus station and surrounded by big department store, Easy to find place to eat or easy to find taxi to airport. Some of hotel staff can't speak English, but some can so not a big problem for us to stay.

Rich Gate酒店前身为列克星敦Rich Gate酒店，位于沉阳市中心。工业城市和最新人口。附近有超市、公交车站，周围有大型百货商店，很容易找到吃饭的地方或很容易找到去机场的出租车。有些酒店工作人员不会说英语，但有些会，所以对我们来说住宿不是一个大问题。

We stayed for 1 night in this hotel. The room was very large.. more like a suite than a normal hotel room. It was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were efficient and courteous. We didn't eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the food. Overall the hotel was a nice experience. The décor is a little dated but well maintained and clean so perfectly fine. We would stay here again.

Good location. Excellent value dinner buffet. Stupid heating system. Despite arriving at noon, switching off the floor heating immediately, opening the window to the subzero outdoor temperatures (and pollution) and turning on the fan, the room, which was nice and spacious, was still too hot to sleep comfortably in 12 hours later. Crazy business decision. Crazy in a city and country with such serious pollution and energy issues. Also no inroom wifi. ||||Try and get a high floor looking away from the main road.
