Gloria Plaza Hotel Shenyang

Stayed here for two nights whilst traviling north for a wedding. The hotel is quite large, in a good location, quite modern and very quiet. Our party had three rooms on different floors all of which were very clean well appointed with a nice clean on suite shower/toilet. Tea, coffee and kettles are also provided. All rooms had very comfortable beds, good nights sleep had by all. Although the staff do not speak English, some of them know enough to help and they are all very friendly and helpful.||Chinese breakfasts are not normaly to the english taste, but this hotel appears to go the extra mile. The breakfast is of the help yourself buffet style with Chiese, Japanese and european choises, including everything for a full english breakfast.||If I was to visit Shenyang again I would definately stay here again.||

去北方参加婚礼时在这里住了两晚。酒店很大，位置很好，很现代，也很安静。我们的聚会在不同楼层有三个房间，所有房间都非常干净，设备齐全，套房淋浴/厕所也很干净。还提供茶、咖啡和水壶。所有房间都有非常舒适的床，所有人都睡得很好。虽然工作人员不会说英语，但他们中的一些人知道足够多的知识，可以提供帮助，而且他们都非常友好和乐于助人。||中式早餐不符合英国人的口味，但这家酒店似乎更加努力。早餐为自助式，有中式、日式和欧式选择，包括全套英式早餐的一切。||如果我再次访问沉阳，我肯定会再次住在这里。||

Location of hotel us very convenient. Just a few minutes from railway station (Shenyang north). Take south exit at railwaystation and you can find hotel 300 m away at your right side another side of big road. Hotel look a bit old but rooms are quite ok. Rooms have a free wifi, safety box etc. Breakfast was ok offered western and Chinese style food. Coffee was awful, like coloured water. Overall this hotel is good comparing to room rate.

我们酒店的位置非常方便。距火车站（沉阳北）仅几分钟路程。从火车站南口出站，在大马路另一侧的右侧300m处即可找到酒店。 酒店看起来有点旧，但房间还不错。房间有免费无线网络、保险箱等。早餐还可以，有西餐和中餐。咖啡很糟糕，就像有颜色的水一样。总的来说，与房价相比，这家酒店还不错。

Gloria Plaza 10-15 years ago, used to be one of the top hotels in Shenyang. It's location across the major street from Shenyang North Train Station, makes it a convenient choice for business travelers. ||||It's been at least 6 years since I've last stayed at this hotel, this trip, for old time sake, I've decided to stay at Gloria Plaza。 Well, from the moment I walked in the lobby, the hotel is in serious need of update. The elevator is extremely slow, the interior, furniture, bathroom, , beds, are all the same as it was many years ago. The mattress in today's standard, is way obsolete. The bed is low, hard, lacking of cushion, and one can clearly feel the spring. TV is updated to about 34 inch LCD panel. Overall, Gloria Plaza is way outdated, and lost its shine and is in serious need of major update.

This hotel was in the luxury category when it was built in 1994. Since then times have changed, but the hotel not so much.||Everything works fine, the air con is fierce and the bed is hard. Breakfast is standard Chinese hotel food.||The best thing is the location, but only if you have to catch an early train from the Shenyang North Station because it's a 5 minute walk away (note: not the Shenyang South Station, also known as the Shenyang Station, which is a different station!). Quite pleasant in summer but I imagine not so much fun in winter. I didn't see any subway from the hotel to the station so you'd have to tough it out across the huge open plaza in front of the station.||Overall: it's OK, but go elsewhere if you're looking for a more luxury experience.

这家酒店建于1994年时属于豪华酒店。从那时起，时代变了，但酒店没那么大了。||一切都很好，空调很猛，床很硬。早餐是标准的中式酒店食物。||最好的是位置，但前提是你必须从沉阳北站赶早班火车，因为它距离沉阳北站有 5 分钟步行路程（注意：不是沉阳南站，也称为沉阳南站）沉阳站，这是一个不同的站！）。夏天相当愉快，但我想冬天就没那么有趣了。我没有看到任何从酒店到车站的地铁，所以你必须穿过车站前巨大的露天广场。||总体来说：还可以，但如果你想找个地方，就去其他地方吧更奢华的体验。

I chose this hotel because the location is very close to the North Railway Station. You can see the hotel once you are outside the station through south exit. ||The exterior is very dirty, but the interior is better.The room is old and little bit dusty. There's a leaking pipe in bathroom's ceiling. The Amenities are very good. ||Since I don't speak fluent chinese, I need a lot of help from hotel staff to ask direction. They don't seem very happy to help and don't give clear direction either.

我选择这家酒店是因为位置离火车北站很近。从车站南口出来就可以看到酒店。 ||外观很脏，但内部还好。房间很旧，有点灰尘。 浴室天花板上的水管漏水。设施非常好。 ||由于我的中文说得不太流利，所以我需要酒店工作人员的很多帮助来问路。他们似乎不太乐意提供帮助，也没有给出明确的方向。

Many times been there. Since 1994. Clean good room, queen size bed, standard bathroom. Situated close to metro and bus station(2 minutes walking). KFC, supermarket and a small pleasant park near by. Have KTV & sauna. Staff behaviour is good, but their english is very poor, even to communicate basic matter. Front manager is extremely helpful. Even they help you to issue a resident certificate, in case you need it for visa extension.||Most beautiful part is their breakfast at 2nd floor. Have both continental and Chinese variety and with variety. The Jap restaurant is equally good at same floor.||Ultimately with US$60/night, inclusive breakfast and tax, is impressive.

去过很多次了。自 1994 年以来。房间干净整洁，配有大号床、标准浴室。靠近地铁站和公交车站（步行 2 分钟）。附近有肯德基、超市和一个宜人的小公园。有KTV、桑拿。工作人员态度很好，但是英语很差，连基本的事情都无法沟通。前台经理非常乐于助人。甚至他们还可以帮助您签发居留证，以防您需要延长签证。||最美丽的部分是他们在二楼的早餐。既有大陆品种，也有中国品种，品种多样。同一楼层的日本餐厅也同样出色。||最终每晚 60 美元，包含早餐和税费，令人印象深刻。

离我办事的单位比较近，沈阳的同事帮我预定的，酒店感觉比较老，周边的交通比较便利，离火车站不远。前台服务还行，速度很麻利的帮我办理了入住。房间不是很大，里面很干净，就是设施看着有点旧，大床睡起来有点硬，晚上很累还是能很快的入睡。早餐一般，感觉不像是四星级酒店，有点不太划算。

This place has the best laundry service I've ever had. Laundry came back as new and beautifully presented. Breakfast was good catering to both local and western tastes. The waitress remembered my coffee every morning without me asking and I was very tempted to hit the gong.||||The rooms and fixtures are starting to look a bit old and nooks and crannies getting a bit dirty.||||Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

这个地方有我吃过的最好的洗衣服务。洗好的衣服回来时焕然一新，而且摆盘精美。早餐很好，可以满足当地和西方的口味。女服务员每天早上都记得我的咖啡，无需我询问，我很想敲锣。||||房间和固定装置开始看起来有点旧，角落和缝隙变得有点脏。||||总的来说，我住得很愉快。
