What a great hotel. While it is a bit far from downtown Chongqing, its a great hotel in a good area. The American dollar goes far in China so we were able to get a king sized bed room for relatively cheap. The hotel offers a breakfast that has many tables of goodies, plus chefs cooking meals to order. There is also a restaurant attached and a small coffee bar in the lobby. It also has the spa and hot springs.||||The hot springs! Massages at the spa were nice, but the springs are what I loved the most. There's something like 20 different hot spring pools for you to choose from - pools of different temperatures, different added ingredients (lemon or rose for instance), and one big regular pool in the middle of the secluded area. It was fantastic.||||The surrounding area is good too. Plenty of delicious restaurants, a park, shopping, and a short mountain hike with temples. And if you want to explore the Chongqing public transit, a nearby subway train will get you almost anywhere else you want to go.||||We had such a great time at this hotel. Highly recommended.

Hotel located at north hot spring belt of Chongqing. Quite a distance from city. Can consider newer phase of city development. Hotel is grand in size, big lobby area. Room is spacious and value for the price. Staff are friendly. Breakfast have good variety of food and steered towards local population. There is an open hot spring / spa area connected to the hotel, need to pay entrance fee. Quite nice to soak especially in current cold weather. Massage and spa packages available at different price.

Stayed for 3 nights. The chonqing area is too big as its a province! So choose hotel carefully as the distances are large. This one was near to my meeting point but almost 1.5 hours from airport! The hotel is huge but seems as its not being fully utlised due to lower occupancy levels. The room rates are reasonable. English language problem is there as very few english speaking staff, especially in room service. Breakfast area is huge and lavish breakfast is there! Overall good value for money hotel. It can get much better if the occupancy improves and the overall service level improves as hotel is too big for its boots!

来北碚访友，朋友介绍的这家酒店，服务无可挑剔，因为是晚上去的，提前已经开好了夜床。房间很大很舒适。我对卫生是很挑剔的，但是这家酒店的卫生已经让我很满意了。叫服务员多加了几包咖啡，服务员也很快的送到。早餐也比较丰富，性价比不错！再者，我来的时候，正好遇到该酒店温泉特价，60元泡了个温泉，还吃了自助餐。真是超划算！ 温泉的气氛和环境也很好！要不是人比较多，一点也不比悦榕庄什么差

Was there for business, so didn't have much time to enjoy any of the amenities, but hotel seemed nice enough--except for the pervasive smell of cigarette smoke. Bring Febreze if you don't like smoke. Generally upscale hotel--huge towels in the bathroom, bathroom scale, robe, slippers, etc. Comfortable bed. Two bottles of water gratis per day, tea pot for boiling water, instant coffee provided, etc. Minibar fridge available. Retail area nearby provides restaurants, etc. But, this hotel is no where near the downtown area--in fact quite a ways out. Views from the hotel were nice. Don't expect much English ability in hotel staff. No in-room control of AC--hotel controls it centrally (although the thermostat in the room gives the illusion of control) and the aircon inadequacy was my biggest complaint--windows were capable of being opened, so fresh air was possible in the evening. Don't expect much speed on the wifi, although there was no charge for it. It was not really reliable,

酒店是北碚唯一的一家“五星”。在缙云山下面。空气很好。我订的房间号是8509。感觉整个房间的摆设和房间的面积都不错。房间里的灯光采用了通用的暖色调。床上用品干净，手感很好。一次性拖鞋的质量很好。让我很满意的是卫生间的淋浴房里的水压很大，水温很好。洗澡之后，疲劳全无。还有通过携程订的房价很有“吸引力”。由于酒店在城南，晚上晚点之后就没有环城车了。只能打车。如有可能，下次还会入住。

I spent roughly a week in the hotel which was the venue of a professional event (Autumn 2015). I enjoyed a seamless stay from end to end: Their spacious rooms were very well maintained and always perfectly clean, with large comfortable beds, shining modern bathrooms and smooth air conditioning. The staff was very friendly and helpful, yet lacked a bit of imagination: all my requests that were slightly off the standard topics needed a tight follow up (their English might have been the issue). ||||Both breakfast and lunch were taken in the hotel buffet so I enjoyed their tasty traditional food with many exotic notes (frog ragoût with steamed cucumbers).||||My only regret is to not having been able to try their swimming pool.

Stayed here for a week. My first impressions were its size (very large), the number of guests (small) and its breakfast buffet (large, mostly local foods and pretty good on the whole). I was told they did not have non-smoking rooms available, and perhaps none at all. The bathrooms were large, the bed was reasonably comfortable. TV had a few English news stations, and channel 4 and 12 I think had English or subtitles. The front desk staff usually had at least one person who spoke enough English. Had lunch in the Chinese restaurant one day, and was pretty good. Downsides were the smokey smell, they are working on the "spa" portion of the building (so some construction noise early some mornings), could be difficult for people from outside to contact me on my room phone ("It was impossible to call you"), the small exercise room was unheated (and 40-50 degrees in the morning) and at least once it was locked and I could not get in. For that, there is a little white button you press on top of the service desk to get their attention, if there is someone around. They also charge by the hour. Also, you have to check if the machine is plugged in, and turn on using a switch facing the wall (not on the face of the control panel, but behind it). The hotel was packed one day for a birthday party, they turned on the front fountain, had lots of staff around, and they place seemed to wake up, then go to sleep again after. Went walking around the neighborhood a few times. There is an interesting stairway towards the mountain, and the "pedestrian street" nearby is good for people watching, not for shopping so much. After this I stayed in the Xi'an Sheraton North and the Hyatt on the Bund and both were great, and in comparison this hotel was not the best experience, but probably on the high end of what's available for the price in Beibei, which of course is pretty far from downtown Chongqing.
