This hotel is also in a very convenient location close to shops and food outlets. ||Hotel was comfortable and affordable staff were very friendly. Hotel is very clean and tidy some areas need an upgrade. ||With regards to breakfast they can do much better.||However will Definitely return in the future thank you to Hilton chongqing team

The staff are all really friendly. Very good breakfast. Rooms are a good size. Possible to open the windows a bit if needed. Bed very comfortable. Many restaurants, banks, and 24 hour convenience store nearby. Point to note. The rooms on the higher floors cost a bit more, but it might be worth paying the extra. Good for a longer stay or business visitors in my opinion.

我們是4/8從台灣來的，在這間飯店住五天含早餐！第一印象就是服務非常好，我們的班機因為轉機原因到了飯店已經晚上10點多了，當時肚子很餓，又要進房整理行李，下來準備買泡麵但飯店裡的便利店已經關門，也由於時間太晚就不吃東西了！沒想到進房間5分鐘左右有人敲門，原來是飯店送給第一天入住的房客一籃堅果零食牛奶維他命C瓶裝水！當時真的太感動了，因為我們實在太餓了⋯⋯接著看房間，雖然不是很新的飯店，但是整理得非常的乾淨（我們是很挑剔的客人，尤其是整潔方面）！各方面的配備都非常的完整，唯一的小缺憾就是～書桌旁兩張凳子的坐墊已經凹陷坐起來不舒服！其他房間內的設施都真的非常不錯！我們連住五天早餐都很豐富，唯一就是水果柳橙很乾癟，我請一位主管唐再玲過來審視並說明原因請他們要改善，她還請主廚出來查看了解。結果第二天以後的柳橙就完全的恢復水準！之後每天唐主管都非常熱心的招待，且送我們小點心品嚐。還有熟食煮麵區有位帥哥周志強，他也非常熱心，依照我比較特別的需求來服務我們！貴飯店的服務真的非常親切！給我們留下非常良好且深刻的印象，你們有這些非常努力又優質的員工是貴飯店的福氣，請給予他們鼓勵，且我們也會介紹朋友來貴飯店住宿！㊗️生意興隆，萬事順利房客胡先生

My husband and I had the best stay at Hilton Chongqing. We stayed in room 3205 for 14 days. We arrived around 8.30pm and William who checked us in upgraded our room to the executive floor because we were Hilton Gold members. He was so patient in answering my questions and responding in good English. I was impressed 🤩. Our room was on the same floor as the executive lounge which was very convenient for us. |The highlight was the executive lounge. Ms Cici, Ms Aileen Xiong and Ms Hanna were all very professional, efficient and so friendly. Never failed to greet us with a smile. Always so polite and respectful. Ms Cici made us special cocktails….what a wonderful treat. She is always so sweet and kind. I even had the opportunity to meet a friendly fellow…a little boy. He’s 7 years old and a little mischievous 😏 …. so cute!! |The buffet breakfast was delicious, being a gold member we were given a special treat. A plate of surprise and everyday is different. I want to thank a special person Mr Justin Zhou who made our morning routine so special. He remembers our coffee preference. The moment we get a table, Justin will bring our favorite coffee to us…he’s got great memory. He’s always so sweet and kind…always smiling and ready to help us. He even offered to arrange breakfast for us (take away) cause we had an early flight to catch the next day. There’s a waitress…an auntie with a shoulder length hair (Ms Weng niang niang) I hope i got her name correct , super friendly and always stops by to check on us. She’s like my little mama…always offering to get me more food. |Last but not least, I want to mentioned Ms Linda He from housekeeping who is in charge of cleaning our room. She is very fast and clean. She can clean our room, toilet and change the sheets in less than 20 minutes. I was really impressed with her efficiency and she’s super friendly too. |One word to describe our stay in Hilton Chongqing….EXCELLENT!! The hotel may be outdated but its facilities are in great working condition. All the employees are so friendly and professional. We had an amazing vacation 🥰. Once again, I want to thank William, Hanna (FO), Cici, Aileen (Executive lounge), Justin, auntie (Weng niang niang) with shoulder length hair (breakfast restaurant) and Linda (housekeeping)….a big big THANK YOU for making my stay a wonderful experience 🫰🏻!!

在旅游旺季来到了重庆，选择了入住重庆希尔顿酒店，十分庆幸入住这家酒店，每位工作人员的服务都很好，很完美 从房间到卫生到餐食都是值得肯定的。令人印象深刻的是大堂的工作人员demo以及Jenny两位工作人员，你们贴心的服务让我们和家人感到宾至如归。为我们介绍重庆特色景点和小吃，感谢两位的服务。

Like most Hilton's, the facilities were clean and the service was good. The rooms were cleaned frequently and fresh towels and bedding were provided as well as lots of water (which was very appreciated). The location was ok considering that most of the things to do are spread out and there were many local restaurants in the area.

和大多数希尔顿酒店一样，设施干净，服务也很好。房间经常打扫，提供干净的毛巾和床上用品以及大量的水（非常感谢）。考虑到大部分要做的事情都分散并且该地区有许多当地餐馆，位置还可以。

The hotel is located in the centre of the city but far from any major attractions. It is a very old hotel. There is absolutely no view from the rooms of any major attractions. The rooms are nice and clean with no fouls smell associated with older hotels. The staff is very attentive and helpful like almost all hotels in China but very few could speak English. The staff in the lounge was very king and helpful. Enjoyed the lounge which is small but nice. Ordered room service late in the night and was very impressed with the speed, quality and taste of the food. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

酒店位于市中心，但远离任何主要景点。这是一家非常古老的酒店。从房间里绝对看不到任何主要景点的景色。房间漂亮又干净，没有老酒店的难闻气味。与中国几乎所有酒店一样，工作人员非常细心和乐于助人，但很少有人会说英语。休息室的工作人员非常友善且乐于助人。很喜欢这里的休息室，虽然小但很漂亮。深夜点了客房服务，食物的速度、质量和味道给我留下了深刻的印象。肯定会推荐这家酒店。

Such a disappointment for the price that i paid, the room is rundown even some location is not as they described, quite stand alone at a deep corner, room are specious, staff are extremely friendly that why make the stay more comfortable, however upgrading of the room is seriously needed. Not to forget the extremely friendly staff also help us deco the room before our arrival for our wedding anniversary. *Ps but is so hard to reach the staff here for the arrangements, need to call in a few time before arrival. 11th May - update after feedback on Google review and Trip advisor. Ms Hannah, from the front desk manager, show her concern and explain to us as the hotel was 22 years old therefore some of the room has not been able to upgrade as planned, she also tried her best to upgrade our room to a recently renovated room that was much plesent as compare to the last room that we stayed, although the level has been downgraded, but i can feel the sincere from her and the management. Hopefully as the 2nd oldest hotel in Chongqing, they could undergo a reno soon for the plesent of the guest and maintain the 5* hotel that i strongly believe in !

对于我支付的价格来说真是太失望了，房间很破旧，甚至有些位置并不像他们描述的那样，在一个深处的角落里很独立，房间很宽敞，工作人员非常友好，这就是为什么让住宿更舒适的原因，但是升级了这个房间是非常需要的。 不要忘记，非常友好的工作人员还在我们抵达结婚纪念日之前帮助我们装饰房间。 * PS，但很难联系到这里的工作人员进行安排，需要在抵达前打几次电话。 5 月 11 日 - 根据 Google 评论和 Trip Advisor 反馈进行更新。 前台经理Hannah女士向我们表达了她的关心和解释，因为酒店已有22年的历史，因此有些房间未能按计划升级，她还尽力将我们的房间升级为最近装修过的房间房间比我们上次住的房间好很多，虽然等级降低了，但是我能感受到她和管理人员的真诚。 希望作为重庆第二古老的酒店，他们能够尽快进行翻新，以取悦客人并维持我坚信的五星级酒店！
