Worst place in Hong Kong!! Be aware that these are no studios as mentioned on their website, but mini dark rooms in an ugly and dirty building. the employee - who suddenly called himself a manager after I asked to get the contact details of the manager - was absolutely incapable to find a solution regarding the deposit. First he assured to talk to the manager to extend my reservation (i have the confirmation in my email about this extension) after 3 minutes he told me that there is no manager and that he is the manager and after that he said that he suddenly changed his mind and just said: there is no extension anymore! wow!! very incapable! where and who is the manager of this place? how can they deal with problems in that way? he was very rude, because he realized that he was incapable to deal with the situation. Think twice before you make a reservation, there are much better places to stay!!

Excellent spacious rooms at a very reasonable price (in 2017- from $6xxx to $9xxx per 28 days). Pearl and the rest of the team are always accomodating and happy to help me with any problems I might be having. Highly recommended!

Starting with the search for the place - there's no sign, no nothing on the steet (of course the hk-taxidrivers don't know at all), I finally made a call to the given contact person.||I'm turning positive now - the lady ("Pearl") was very friendly and took her time to guide me through check-in and showed the room - including explaination of all "features" (AirCon / WiFi, flat TV, fridge, microwave).||The room itself...|- dark, window half-covered with a cabinet |Btw., opening the doors of the cabinet is the only way to dry your clothes...||- bed: hard. really hard.||- washroom: extra-narrow.|The door is a sliding shower-cabin-door, meaning you can open 2/3, but another 1/3 is blocked with the basin...|No chance to pass if you are kind of overweighted!||Cleanliness overall OK, but everything is worn and scaled, that you don't really recognize if dirty or old and worn.|Housekeeping 1x per week.||Price was around HKD 12.500 per month|You have to announce your checkout at least 2 weeks upfront.
