We ordered two rooms (one room with two beds and one room with one double bed) the one with two beds was on 12th floor and another one was on 11th floor. The 12th floor one was extremely smelly and noisy. The vibration and sound of the AC unit from 13th bothered me the whole night. The sewage smell was everywhere, from the corridors to the room. I have allergies to environments (eg dust). On the night that I lived on 12th, I had serious skin allergy (even after taking allergy pill). I also woke up from the sewage smell several times throughout the night. The sleeping quality was very bad. The bed sheets were not clean as well. I asked the staff if they could change the bed sheets. They helped me quickly. I also asked if I can change the room because of the smell. Unfortunately, no room was available on that day. The staff was nice that they helped me switch to a new room on 11th floor on the next day. The building itself failed the fire inspection by the government. There was a poster outside the reception about this. The date of the poster issued was 2nd Oct 2025. The building itself gave me an unsafe feeling (even before seeing this poster). Sometimes there was no hot water. One of the AC was malfunctioned. The walls were very thin that we could hear our neighbours engaging in adult activities every night. The no smoking rules was not enforceable because there was no smoke detection in the rooms so the entire floor smelled like cigarette. 強烈不推薦大家住在這裡，Google上的好評都是假的。 我們訂了兩間房（一間兩張床，一間一張雙人床），兩張床的那間在12樓，另一間在11樓。 12樓的那間非常難聞，而且很吵。 13樓空調的震動和噪音整晚都讓我感到不舒服。從走廊到房間，到處都是污水味。我對環境過敏（如灰塵）。住在12樓的那天晚上，我的皮膚嚴重過敏（即使吃了過敏藥）。整晚我都被污水味吵醒了好幾次。睡眠品質很差。床單也不乾淨。我問工作人員是否可以換床單，他們很快就幫我換了。我還問了是否可以因為味道而換房間。很遺憾，那天沒有空房了。工作人員很友好，第二天就幫我換到了11樓的新房間。 這棟建築本身沒有通過政府的消防檢查。前台外貼了一張海報，上面寫著2025年10月2日。這棟大樓本身就讓我感覺不安全（即使在看到這張海報之前）。 有時沒有熱水。其中一個冷氣壞了。牆很薄，我們每晚都能聽到鄰居的成人活動。由於房間裡沒有煙霧偵測器，禁煙規定根本無法執行，所以整個樓層都瀰漫著煙味。

酒店位置非常好，卫生非常干净，夜晚也很安静，一夜好眠，柜台服务人员态度非常友善，也很耐心，这个价格还算公道。只是我是夜晚21点才入住，所以在时间上没有那么充足的休息。

酒店超出预计的好！位置很棒，下公交就是，床超级软超级舒服！而且房间面积很大，我们打开两个30寸行李箱都绰绰有余。而且也很干净。卫生间很宽敞且没有异味。值得一提的是前台有免费饮料机！！！饮料都很好喝！！！我们只是短暂住一晚，有点后悔没有多订几晚。这个价格真的cp值爆表，下次来台北还会来住的！

12/18入住一晚. 地点方便. 臨近夜市.. 浴室热水很快供足. 只是沒有冷箱有点不足. 不过.只有入住一个晚上感觉还不错👌

非常差劲，入住前要我们在她面前给5星。入住后进房间就很闷很臭，马桶还很脏。空调入住时保持18度还不错，到了晚上12点多就升到27度，我们到前台投诉，他们说主机跳闸，开回了，到了半夜2点多又升回27度，我们入住4天3晚，3晚都是这样！我再去前台投诉，前台小姐还说是不是我穿太厚，我又不是瞎的，房间空调系统显示室内温度27,难道我看不见吗？只能说我来台湾这么多次这是最糟糕的旅馆，如果不是我的朋友说这间评语不错，我也不会入住。自助洗衣服务更差！洗衣机还有老鼠大便，评语说方便，很好，这些应该是被逼写评语的人。

地理位置很好，去台北车站，迪化街，夜市都很方便！工作人员服务很好！房间很干净，性价比超值！

我觉得 陈小姐的服务非常好非常热情 免费提供咖啡和冰淇淋 我觉得对于台湾来说如果面向世界这是一个非常好的跟世界交往的态度
