台北西门町意舍酒店

其實位置距離捷運站幾分鐘路程都算方便就係誠品樓上， 西門町夜晚都有好多食店小食檔啱晒唔慣早食晚飯嘅人。酒店幾新诤， 成間酒店都有陣好香嘅香薰味， 房間乾淨衛生設計比較新款舒適， 今次訂嘅喺中房大床房， 張床超級大放四個枕頭打橫都得， 下次再西洗門町都會再算呢間酒店

酒店位置不錯，樓下就有誠品，方便購物。晚上亦有樂隊唱歌表演，很有氣氛。近西門町，在附近買完夜宵大概五至十分鐘就到酒店。房間比較簡潔，大床可以訓四人的size，十分闊落。酒店職員亦很友善，服務周到。下次再到台北，亦會選擇這間酒店。

旅行期間換了很多衣服，到需要洗衣服的最後一個住宿地方，很高興有免費的洗衣房。我經常洗澡，留下便條紙要求換很多毛巾，他們整理房間並提供充足的毛巾和洗漱用品。 一樓有星巴克，很適合補充咖啡因，還有很多葡萄柚汁。在四樓的大創購物中心可以購買小物件。如果在星巴克、大創等生活用品店每天花費超過2000新台幣，還可以獲得退稅。 最後一天退房時，我請求叫出租車去機場，他們幫我搬行李從五樓到一樓，直到我坐上出租車才離開，非常感謝。

再次回訪也是非常滿意。喜歡房間寛敞。廁所，浴室，洗手盤分開的間隔。雙人床超級大。還有貼心的拖鞋奉送。要自備牙膏牙刷。位置亦很可便，就在西門町中。早餐非常豐富！超滿足！

The room is spacious, and the bed is large and comfortable. However, the rest of the experience left much to be desired. The washing machines were a nightmare during my stay. Although there are 3 washing machines and 3 dryers, one of each was broken, creating a chaotic situation. With too many guests needing laundry services and too few machines, it became extremely frustrating. I strongly suggest the hotel switch to coin-operated machines so only those who truly need them will use them. Additionally, the current system allows users to set any timer they want, which adds to the disorganization. The behavior of some guests further worsened the situation—clothes were rudely thrown on the floor, even when left in the machine for just a few minutes. The hotel could address this by providing proper tables or designated areas for users to place previous guests’ laundry and enforcing better practices, such as using plastic bags (already provided by the hotel) to store the clothes. Adding clear signage and installing CCTV cameras might help deter such behavior. Overall, the issue boils down to too many users but too few machines. Switching to coin-operated machines could help mitigate this problem. The room lighting is too dim, giving the space a gloomy vibe. The lobby also feels dark and unwelcoming. The breakfast was below average. The variety is limited, and the sunny-side-up eggs were burned—though this might have been an issue with just one staff member. The only real positive is the great location, but with so many other options nearby, it’s hard to justify staying here. Lastly, the staff were not particularly polite. They seemed overworked or unmotivated, which detracted from the overall experience. With better management and improvements, this could be a good hotel, but as it stands, the experience was disappointing. 房間很寬敞，床也很大且舒適。然而，整體體驗並不令人滿意。 洗衣機的使用是一場噩夢。雖然有3台洗衣機和3台烘乾機，但其中各有一台故障，導致局面非常混亂。使用洗衣服務的客人太多，而機器太少，讓人十分沮喪。我強烈建議酒店更換為投幣式洗衣機，這樣只有真正需要的人才會使用。此外，現有的系統允許用戶設置任意計時器，進一步加劇了混亂。 一些客人的行為也讓情況變得更糟——他們將衣物粗暴地扔在地上，即使那些衣物可能只放在機器裡幾分鐘。酒店可以通過提供桌子或指定區域來改善這種情況，方便後續使用者放置前一位客人的衣物。同時，應該加強規範，比如利用酒店已提供的塑料袋，妥善存放衣物。此外，增設明確的標誌和監控攝像頭可能有助於阻止這種不文明的行為。總之，問題的核心在於使用者過多，但機器太少。改為投幣式機器可能有效減少這種情況。 房間燈光太暗，整體給人一種陰沉的感覺，大廳也一樣昏暗，缺乏溫馨氛圍。 早餐水準一般，品種有限，而且煎蛋都煎焦了（可能是個別員工的問題）。 唯一的亮點是位置很好，但附近有很多其他選擇，讓這家酒店的吸引力大打折扣。 最後，員工服務態度不夠友好，感覺要麼是過於疲憊，要麼是缺乏動力，這進一步影響了整體體驗。 如果管理層能改善現狀，這裡本可以是一家不錯的酒店。但目前而言，整體感受令人失望。

地點方便隣近㨗運西門站，酒店樓下便是西門町步行街，無論購物食飯也很方便。酒店人員有禮，房間舒適，安靜整潔。值得推介。

房間很好，地理位置很好，床很舒服，浴窒有一點小味道不過可以接受，開了門道風一段時間就好。下次會考慮再入住

房間很大，乾淨。位置在誠品樓上，樓下附近有很多餐廳。床也很大，很適合帶同大中童孩子一起入住，有足夠空間睡覺。
