房間乾淨，外賣是機器人送上來的，速度很快。雖然在機場附近，但還蠻安靜的，隔音不錯。入住的時候會詢問跟建議隔天送機的時間，很放心。

房間相當明亮，感覺很舒服，特別喜歡有接送機服務，非常方便，尤其是趕航班的時候，可惜因為趕太早的航班，沒能吃到早餐

First of all the room was lovely, clean and comfortable with all of the amenities (tea, towels, shampoo/shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrush, even slippers!). Fortunately I had no experiences similar to those who have previously stated that they had issues with their room and managed to have a good nights sleep on my return from Australia to the UK. Furthermore, the breakfast included was a substantial buffet including baked goods and local cuisine, with basic tea/coffee facilities. ||||The location is quite far away from the airport, so ensure that when using the free transfer shuttle bus service (indeed a bonus), to leave plenty of time to get to the airport (it took us about 45 minutes - as an additional warning, the minibus might stop at other hotels). ||||Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to venture outside of the hotel as we arrived fairly late. The area where the hotel is situated in is rather run-down and I am unsure about any places of interest to go, however from speaking to others there are a few interesting food stalls nearby if you're feeling adventurous! ||||As a general note, English was spoken at a very basic level at the hotel. I appreciate that as a person travelling to another's country one should grasp at least a few phrases out of respect, however, as this was purely a 'stop over' on the way back to the UK I admittedly failed to do so. As I understand, most of the business for this hotel comes from those travelling on East China or China Eastern airlines on lang haul journeys. As a helpful suggestion to the hotel and airline alike, it might be beneficial to employ a few members of staff who hold basic proficiency in English at the hotel, as it was quite difficult to ensure transfer to and from the airport were sorted. Though employees were generally helpful, others appeared rather rude, though this may have been due to frustration (because of communication difficulties) or otherwise.||||I would stay here again and indeed travel with China Eastern airlines in future, however, please note that communication may be a barrier! As an aside point to note, China Eastern airlines UK helpline is only open in English during UK office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm), outside of these hours a voicemail in Chinese is only available and the website isn't much use for queries either - this can be problematic if there are problems with the flight especially if you're in a non-English speaking country and hotel, you can feel pretty lost!|||| I will just have to brush up on my language skills next time! Hope this review helps!

Was put up in this hotel after a China Eastern flight cancellation. As my next flight was to be at 8pm the following day I was happy to have the chance to see Shanghai planning to catch the airport train to the city. Unfortunately travelling twenty minutes from the airport I soon realised this hotel was not an airport hotel as claimed by the airline and was in fact in a not so nice area of outer Shanghai. There was no provision to get to the city, train station or even a taxi or paid tour. There was a decent little shopping centre with supermarket down the road. Useful for passing an hour or so and getting some food to substitute the hotels poor fare. Front desk was good but room was dirty and in disrepair with the cigarette smoke stained wall paper peeling and the shower to moldy to consider using. At least the bedding was clean and comfortable. Free WiFi in lobby and fancy looking TV system in room was OK. I was even able to hear my neighbours tv due to the excellent sound system or more likely the paper thin walls! But to top off the whole experience we sat in the mini bus waiting for transfer for half an hour until the driver finally turned up from his fishing expedition. He caught a fish to as we found out when a plastic bag he brought on the bus started flopping around on the floor as poor fish tried to escape. Well the driver wasn't to concerned as he had a mobile phone in each hand carrying out a lively conversation with multiple people probably about the fishing success. While myself and the other passengers chanted ogod ogod our driver deftly manoeuvred through the Chinese traffic to deliver us at the airport. Wow survived my night at the Ogod.

The hotel is very close to the airport, and it also provides a free shuttle to and for the airport. The staff was kind and the room was very big.

酒店离机场很近，还提供往返机场的免费班车。工作人员很友善，房间也很大。
