The good: Excellent service. Nice breakfast. Impressive facade. Reasonable price. The not so good: carpet in the rooms is in sad shape. TV channel selection very limited. Location is pretty far off to the edge of Pudong. Very limited English language support. Nearest Metro is about a 3 km walk. Bottom line: If you need to be at the Free Trade zone, and you have some ability to communicate in Mandarin, this is a very solid option.

酒店有點久，但是附近也是很方便的，附近有按摩影院，從酒店步行5分鐘有肯德基和其他吃的店。

Pros: Nice rooms, generally friendly service, good restaurant||||Cons: Poor internet, fitness center not the best, neighborhood looks like a war zone being rebuilt||||I stayed here for 5 nights in October 2015 and would stay here again if I had to be near the port as I don't think there are better options. The rooms are very nice and the breakfast buffet is pretty good, but the internet was mediocre to poor and the neighborhood just sucks so I hope I don't have to. The main restaurant has a bunch of private rooms on the second floor and has some good options (the vegetable curry was very good) but avoid the $10 Haagen Daaz ice cream. The fitness center is sub-standard and is located on the 5th floor in what appears to be two rooms with the middle wall removed.

I have spent 3 weeks for business travel in this hotel. ||The price and the quality is aligned so more than decent. ||Positive:|• all personnel is super gentle and trying to make your experience really comfortable. |• room cleaned accurately every day with personnel definitively dedicated. ||Negative:|• the hotel is “aged” seems to be in the early 80’s|• just few employees are English speaking so a little bit difficult to ask for something outside the “menu”|• the hotel is really far away from the city, not well served by taxis and no public transportation. |• no western food at all, so if you need it: no way (not my case)||I have chosen it because really close to my customer. Next time I’ll try something more close to the center spending a little bit more time for transportation.

酒店房间宽敞，设施完备，淋浴和浴缸同时拥有好棒，服务很好！位置偏点当开车还是很方便。下次还可以订住。希望宾馆对老客户要特别优惠哦。 还希望导航地图能尽快加上，有利于宾馆的导航寻址。

Hotel is in the outskirts of Shanghai. Had to stay here as my wife had to attend a training which is near this hotel.||This hotel's room is consider very good as you can see from the pictures. Unfortunately there are some things which greatly puts me off. I will start with the pros. It has free Wifi, a gym,a karaoke and a Chinese restaurant. Toilet has both standing shower and bathtub. Parking is available if you drive. Staff are basically quite polite. Cons-the wifi is good if you are at the lobby but when I am in my room on the sixth floor, it's extremely bad! At times I can hardly surf the internet. Just reading some news on yahoo is such a pain.... If you are expecting some English channels on TV such as HBO or Fox or some news, you can forget it. Almost all channels are local CCTV in Mandarin. To be fair, one CCTV channel has documentary in English and I believe this hotel has satellite TV or dish which received intermittent Fox movie but mostly failed to deliver. The toilet lights are very dim with no option of brightening it, difficult to do make up for ladies. There breakfast is very bad. Time for breakfast is 7am to 9:30am which I do think it's very early to end. Selection is no good. When I went there for the first 2 days at 9am, there is almost nothing left and they do not do refill at all, sad... Same food daily. I gave up on the third day preferring to walk out to eat. So don't waste your money on the breakfast (rmb 128 if I remember correctly) at the hotel.||As hotel is in the rural area, there are no cabs waiting in line for you but the front office will assist you by calling for cabs. Be prepare to wait for at least 10 mins. No train station near hotel. There is a KFC, cafe, some food joints and a supermarket nearby, 10 mins walk. The nearest good shopping and food place is JinQiaoGuoJiShangYeGuangChang, approximately 20 mins. JinQiao Road Station is available there. Time taken from airport to hotel is around 35 to 45 mins. ||P/S: All the cabs I had taken used meter for their fare. One kind advise, do not use the touts hanging outside the exit of arrival Hall at the airport. Just join the queue for cabs.

I stopped at your hotel on the 9 to 11 March 2019, my room number was 8605||On check-in you took a deposit on my Visa card and on checkout charged me for stay which has come out of my account, however the deposit has not been returned to my account which is very worrying and would certainly make me consider staying elsewhere on my next visit and would advise my company the same||I have stopped in China at various hotels and have never experienced this before

Very good and beautiful hotel with high tech rooms i stayed at sheraton shanghai before but i must say Karon Garden gives sheraton a run for money very good interiors and surroundings with beautiful lake flowing near hotel
