Amazing hotel . The check in was so easy. The staff very accommodating. We arrived and were greeted immediately. It was walking distance to our destination. Conveniently located across from many restaurants including a KFC and Starbucks. About a 30 minute drive from PVG. Our room was comfortable and we had a lot of great movies to watch. Breakfast buffet had many options. Checkout was just as easy as check-in.

很棒的酒店。办理入住手续非常简单。工作人员非常乐于助人。我们到达并立即受到欢迎。步行即可到达我们的目的地。位置便利，对面有许多餐厅，包括肯德基和星巴克。距PVG约30分钟车程。我们的房间很舒适，我们有很多很棒的电影可供观看。自助早餐有很多选择。结帐就像登记入住一样简单。

Probably only the assistant manager and a couple of the receptionists understood English and was capable of replying back in English. And probably because of that, I felt the staff not so warm at times. Nonetheless, the cafe has menu items listed in English and there are vegetarian items too! The whole hotel is themed of orange tree bonsais with tonnes of tiny oranges. This is among the things which adds a good ambience to the hotel. The breakfast selection is huge though a marking of 'contains meat/pork etc...' would've further helped the vegetarians or preferential eaters in eating worry free. Be either early or really late to the breakfast hall in the second floor to avoid a huge crowd. The sauna and steam bath facility were closed (or that's what I understood from a bit not so friendly attendants at the spa floor). There are however an array of paid spa and massage options available. A small but well equipped fitness center is available. Overall, a good hotel for the business crowd. Not the most efficient or classy but definitely above average.

可能只有助理经理和几个接待员懂英语并且能够用英语回复。可能正因为如此，我有时觉得工作人员不那么热情。尽管如此，咖啡馆有英文菜单，也有素食！ 整个酒店以橘子树盆景为主题，盆景里有成吨的小橘子。这是为酒店增添良好氛围的因素之一。早餐的选择很丰富，尽管“包含肉/猪肉等”的标记会进一步帮助素食者或优先食者无忧无虑地饮食。要么早点去，要么晚点去二楼的早餐厅，以避免人群拥挤。 桑拿浴室和蒸汽浴室设施已关闭（或者这是我从水疗楼层不太友好的服务员那里了解到的）。不过，也有一系列付费水疗和按摩服务可供选择。酒店设有小型但设备齐全的健身中心。 总体而言，对于商务人群来说是一家不错的酒店。不是最高效或最优雅的，但绝对高于平均水平。

Located on the side of a very wide road this hotel has an impressive foyer. The rooms are reasonably spacious and provided with usual facilities like TV, kettle etc. Interestingly the electrical points can accept both Chinese as well as Indian devices. A cool hotel, located in a serene environment

The rooms here are fine, facilities are fine, there is a small gymnasium which is good, and the international breakfast is good, but arriving at 11.30pm with no room service (finishes at 10.30pm) after a long flight isn't a good start. Any food around ? We're pointed at a convenience store across the street, which is also closed. Also, there's no dispensing machine where one could buy food. ||||So right from the get-go we're on the back foot, we're hungry and tired, and there's nothing to eat. After that I was neever going to enjoy this hotel because in my view it's not my fault for bringing food, any hotel should be able to provide food.

这里的房间很好，设施也很好，有一个小健身房，不错，国际早餐也不错，但是长途飞行后晚上11.30到达，没有客房服务（晚上10.30结束），这不太好开始。周围有吃的吗？ 我们指着街对面的一家便利店，它也关门了。 此外，没有可以购买食物的自动售货机。 ||||所以从一开始我们就处于不利地位，我们又饿又累，而且没有东西可吃。从那以后我就再也不会喜欢这家酒店了，因为在我看来，带食物不是我的错，任何酒店都应该能够提供食物。

Roomy, clean and great for our stay. Only 25-30 minutes from the inner city. Free breakfast was great and best after all Chinese tourist have left. Best to have translator app on your phone to talk with staff. Would recommend a stay here and plan for a comfortable stay.

宽敞、干净，非常适合我们的住宿。距市中心仅 25-30 分钟。免费早餐很棒，在所有中国游客离开后是最好的。最好在手机上安装翻译应用程序以便与工作人员交谈。会推荐住在这里并计划一个舒适的住宿。

Hotel is ideally suited for our business. Rooms are spacious and tidy. TV was disappointing. Bad quality image and sound and as expected limited English world news. |There are restaurants around the hotel and a Starbucks across the street. Good breakfast.

出差临时选的酒店 因为离客户公司比较近 。行李比较多，门口行李员很热情的帮我拿东西并指引我到前台办手续。虽然是吃晚饭时间，办理的人比较多，但是前台的效率很快没几分钟就搞定了，人也很热情，让我对这家酒店有了一个比较好的印象。唯一不足的是晚上房间的隔音效果不太好，大半夜的只能让前台帮忙换房间了。

My wife went there on 12th june at attend CES Asia in Shaghai. This property is near - 5kms to Convention centre. Good property, large Breakfast, Although English speaking staff was difficult but overall managed. Got upgrade. Happy to stay here. No complaint at all. Stay on higher floor for better view

我的妻子于 6 月 12 日前往上海参加亚洲消费电子展。该酒店距离会议中心仅 5 公里。物业很好，早餐丰盛，虽然会说英语的工作人员很难，但总体管理得很好。得到升级了。很高兴留在这里。完全没有抱怨。住在较高楼层以获得更好的视野
