酒店地理位置很靠近人民广场和外滩哦，很方便，而且走几步就有早餐店和便利店，对面还有按摩的，出行日常生活啥的都挺方便，而且酒店的工作人员很友善，帮了好多忙，很感谢，住宿环境也很干净，每天都会有人打扫，设备很齐全，尤其有个东西必须夸，洗手间的马桶上面的温度调节设施，适合各个人群，不至于刚一坐下就被冻到一激灵哈哈哈哈哈，整体真的很棒哦

Zona centrale comoda , 1km dalla metropolitana . In zona pochi locali di interesse turistico , zona tranquilla . Reception e hotel pulito con servizio colazione e ristorante . Prezzo 50€ a notte per camera senza finestra per poi salire di prezzo . Reception molto gentile e attenta alle tue esigenze o domande . Piccola area esterna dove è possibile bere o mangiare le proprie cose , o semplicemente per scambiare due chiacchiere .

Avoid this hotel at all costs. We booked as we thought it had high ratings which turns out they ask guests to leave and give a free gift. They have a cockroach problem and we found one on our bed. We also flagged the mosquito problem as we were bitten during the night to which they put a plug in our room. The bedding had not been changed until day 5 of our stay until we packed our bags and left. There was a lot of noise in the hallways from other guests during late hours of the night. The location is right outside a dumpster and the smell of rancid. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Khách sạn ổn, phòng sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi cơ bản. Phòng chúng tôi book hơi bé nhưng với giá tiền là hợp lý. Ở đây cho nước miễn phí ở dưới sảnh chờ. Xung quanh khách sạn cũng gần chỗ ăn uống và cửa hàng tiện lợi. Các bạn lễ tân cũng thân thiện và họ có máy điện thoại dành riêng cho việc phiên dịch nên giao tiếp khá dễ dàng. Nói chung là trải nghiệm ở khách sạn ổn.

酒店还不错，房间干净，基本设施齐全。我们预订的房间有点小，但价格合理。大堂提供免费饮用水。酒店周围还有餐厅和便利店。前台人员很友好，而且有专门的翻译电话，沟通很方便。总的来说，酒店体验还不错。

My wife is happy to live here, but today we don't live here. He always says he likes this hotel. If I go to China again I will stay here as long as I'm in Shanghai city

The service was good as breakfast was served to the room at a fix time. Choice of western or local cuisine. The rooms were cleaned up very well and all amenities were replaced. Liquid shampoo was a bit strong for dyed hair. Quiet location so can sleep in peace at night. Quite a distance from MRT but near some good museums and eateries.also near convience store if u need a drink or snacks.

服务很好，早餐按时送到房间。有西式或当地菜肴可供选择。房间打扫得很干净，所有用品都已更换。洗发水对染过的头发来说有点太强了。位置安静，晚上可以安心入睡。离地铁站有点远，但附近有一些不错的博物馆和餐馆。如果你需要饮料或零食，附近也有便利店。

フロントスタッフの対応がとても良くて満足です！お部屋の清掃も丁寧で、快適に過ごせました。ロビーも清潔感があり、良かったです。立地も良いです。

前台工作人员非常友好，我非常满意！房间打扫得很干净，住得很舒服。大堂也很干净整洁。地理位置也很好。
